       Meet Daxter [City Outer District]

       Scene
       Welcome to the Outer District, a small secluded area in between
       Mobotropolis and the Outskirts. The area is populated by mostly
       farming families and older couples, but these are not the main
       interest today. Recent reports say that a young delinquent has
       been terrorizing his neighborhood and ruining vital crops;
       Destruction of property is rarely inflicted by city folk in
       these days of peace and you wanted to meet the kid behind it. As
       you make your way down the road you cannot help but observe the
       decorative choices made here, garlic adorning the gates and
       fences, it was quite strange.
       As you stop in front of the disheveled hovel you begin to really
       worry about the state of mind these parents were in.
