[font=courier]His only ability is his vast intellect. Contrary
to other villains such as Eggman his mind is not focused on
machines but instead solely focus on biology. Even more, he has
developed many ways to create and sustain artificial super
Mobian ability. But what would superpowered minion be good for
if he hadn't developed a way to force his will on the lesser
Mobian.[/font]
[font=courier]Backstory[/font]:
[font=courier]For now, not much is known about the Doktor but he
has been sighted along what is called the Talons. He seems to
record their doing and analyze their performance. The common
mind might be aware that such an unknown character would need a
patron, someone to fund his experiment, or else a great mind
like his would already be common knowledge if he had to sell his
research to be able to finance his future one.

[font=courier]The Talons:[/font][font=courier]
Those individual are always wearing a white mask depicting a
simplified bird face. They also appear to always belong to
raptor category. They wear a uniform that is consistent with
every sighting, a skin-tight black suit cover by a military
jacket over. Furthermore the jacket dorn a logo that is a crown
of feathers.

[font=courier]Latest discovery:[/font][font=courier]
Lately, he had been sighted many times around old battleground
of sonic and Eggman. He and his Talon are actually gathering
some crystal quartz that glows like chaos Emerald. At the moment
those Chaos shards don't have any use or do they?[/font]

[font=courier]First confrontation[/font]:

[font=courier]The altercation against the doctor was set at the
Mobotropolis bank. The situation that has begun as a robbery
quickly escalated into a hostages situation. With the brave
intervention of Soul, Tentei, James and Maria the hostage were
saved. As they thought they have defeated the Doctor's minion,
the Talon, a weird device held by a robin presentator brought
them back to fight but instead to finish the fight Dr. Kaw
decided that retreating was the best course of action. Tentei's
gloves had an unexpected effect on one of the Talon making it
mask burst on his faces. The fallen Talon was left behind and
for a short amount of time was able to give crucial clue about
the doctor but at they he had to be tranquillized because of him
becoming unresponsive. While interrogating the Talon, the doctor
was chased by police cars. At last, the Doctor escapes the
police by shooting them with a vertigo weapon. This had left the
hero with more question about this new threat with their main
lead a datapad dropped by the villain.[/font]
[font=courier]Investigation reveleation:

[font=courier]While making a background check on the doctor, the
dog detective made some breakthrough despite all the dead end in
his past. First of all, the doctor was a professor about 20
years ago doing some research about using side effects of
illegal an dangerous drugs as a treatment for incurable
diseases. The continuation of his search leads him to find out
that Lady Miranda Kawinsky is his sister. The Diva reveals lots
of detail about the doctor's past. After his successful
experiment with an illegal drug, he was expelled from his
university because of him not having to proper permission to use
the said drug. Then he disappears with his research and half of
his family inheritance.[/font]
