[Outskirts] Not all fine and dandy

It was a day like any other, as calm as could be with mobians
still cleaning up the mess that had been left behind by enemies
now gone, or going about their day as usual. Whether that be
work, spending time with family or just enjoying the peace.
Everything was as it should be...
Or was it?
On the outskirts of the big city of Mobotropolis there would be
a bright flash of light, not bright enough to catch much
attention but the bang that shortly followed after sure was
enough to get someone's attention. The bang was loud and rather
odd sounding, like a clash of metal on metal followed by another
bright flash, but this time green and blue in colour rather then
the simple white that came from the first flash.
Those who cared to pay attention to this sudden disturbance
would notice it came from the outskirts of the large city,
somewhere out among the mix of trees.
Had someone accidentally set off some fireworks maybe? Or was it
something more?

A frost wielding mobian is among the group of construction
workers, assisting them by carrying a stack of cement bricks
from one side to another going back and forth, their goal is to
repair a small complex destroyed by either those giant death egg
robots rampaging the city or Sonic breaking the sound barrier
trying during his runs. He is glad these moments of peace
allowed them to heal from the effects of war, some more quickly
than others. Ty flopped his butt on a piece of debris after he
is presumably finished with his task, he is taking a small break
as there is a lot of work to be done.
"Phew, that's all of the rocks guys!, I'll go refill the cooler"
he smiled, opening the lid and dropping blocks of ice in the
container from his fingertips. He grabbed a bottle of soda from
said container, opened the cap and pour the sizzling beverage
down his throat.
It would seem peace time couldn't last forever, flashes of light
illuminated the sky for him to see. "Hm?" he finished drinking,
prompting him to frost skate over to the source of the flashes
proceeding with caution, its within his nature to spot trouble
and investigate, he hoped it was nothing major to cause another
crises. [Whats going on here..] he quietly looked around the
trees

As the frosted mobian peered about the tree's, he would
eventually come across the source of the light flashes.
A younger canine mobian, whom was multiple shades of chocolate
browns in colour with bright spring green eyes, was being lifted
off of his feet by a smaller being, one made of metal and bolts.
The 'robot' was quite colourful for a robot being mostly blue
and cream in colour with bits of cyan and the colours of the
rainbow in different spots as though it were wearing some sort
of metal outfit.
The mobian grabbed at the clawed robotic hand that was clasped
firmly around his neck, but his hands slipped each time he tried
to pull the arm away. He kicked, trying to land a swift boot to
the robot's legs to trip it up, but it saw ahead and grabbed his
right leg with it's spare arm and gave it a yank to twist it
into an awkward position.
The boy let out a pained gargled noise before trying to beat the
robot over the head with some odd looking device he had attached
to his right wrist, this device lit up, glowing a bright green
before letting off yet another blast, sending the two a few
meters apart. The robot got right back up, but the boy gasped
and gagged for air on all fours, they seemed to have been
fighting for a short while, but long enough for blood to be here
and there on the ground. Neither of the duo had noticed Ty yet.

The second he spotted a mobian shaped robot crushing the neck of
her victim, his gut told him he was right to remain cautious,
that poor guy will get his oxygen cut off permanently if Ty
doesn't do something quick! His forearms coated in frost and he
instinctively placed a thick ice wall to shield both himself and
the injured person from the female robot. "You okay?" he wasn't
sure if the wall would hold up long enough or a conversation
with him, he needed to get him away from his attacker so he can
treat his wound.

The robot seemed to take a step back when the ice wall went up,
looking it up and down for a few moments while Ty tended to the
mobian he had on the same side as him.
The canine looked up at the other mobian, he looked rather worn
out and tired as well as beaten, when asked if he was okay, Ty
would receive a bit of a look, but his response wasn't nearly
half as sassy as the look was. "N..not quite, I think she may
have broken my leg or at least came close... Least I can breathe
a bit now..." He looked over at the ice wall, which the robot
over the other side had just punched a metal fist through, the
fist would seemingly 'cool down' after having punched through,
as though she had heated it up before punching. She wouldn't be
beaten so easily.
"Sh-she's gonna get through that soon, we have to help her!"
Help her? What was he going on about? She was a robot! Trying to
kill them nonetheless, why would they help her?
The dog would-- very shakily-- get back to his feet, or more his
good foot while keeping his bad one slightly lifted off the
ground. He wouldn't be running, not now, not on his own. "Thank
you for stepping in, I-I'm Robin.." He cast a sorrowful look to
the robot as she now began to slam a large metal hammer coming
from one arm against the wall of ice, determined to get to her
target.
"We can't stay here like this, not for long, she will get
through..." He was right, she was starting to break through
enough to fit herself through to get to them, it wouldn't be
long till she achieved such.

"I'm Ty"he understood the dire situation they are in, as a
result he scooped up Robin between his arms, dashing away from
the small mechanical wake of destruction. "Why do we need to
help her?, is she your friend?" he asked. he never heard of
anyone befriending a robot before.

"It's nice to meet yo-Ooop!" Robin looked a bit startled at
being picked up so suddenly but didn't complain or say much on
it since Ty was helping him to safety. As they dashed off, the
boy glanced over Ty's shoulder to watch the small robot
disappear from view just as she busted through the ice wall Ty
had set up to stall her.
When he was asked why they needed to help her and the question
that followed though, the mobian began to tear up a little.
"She... She's my best friend..." He said softly as he glanced
aside, not wanting to look the wolf in the eyes as he spoke
about her. "I never even got to tell her how I really felt.." He
closed his eyes for a moment before shaking his head, the boys
hardly knew each other yet, now wasn't the time for this! "But
uh, she's savable! I hope... We've been trying to turn her back
for a little while now but nothing's been working... Kinda hard
to try though yanno, given how she's trying to destroy you every
chance she gets.." He gave a slightly annoyed huff.
"Where's the nearest place that has water Ty? If we get there,
we should be safe for a bit, she hates water"

There would be a loud CR[b]ACK[/b] as her hammer hit the wall of
ice one final time, sending out a ripple through the ice and
causing it to shatter to the ground below. The mobian made of
metal crunched over the shattered ice with her heavy robotic
boots and watched as Ty and Robin sped off her glowing cyan eyes
following them as they did.

She took a few moments to scan her eyes around the area she was
in. It was different to what she knew and it didn't take her
long to work out that she was no longer in the time she was
from. The game had changed, she now had an earlier chance to
achieve her objective.
She was going to destroy all chances of the Freedom Fighters and
the Resistance so that the future she came from would be
eradicated, not saved.
But there were so many of them in this timelines, where should
she start?
She chose to follow after the direction Ty and Robin had went,
lights began to blare from underneath her metal boots like
miniature rockets and soon enough, she shot after them, her
piercing cyan eyes on the look out for any other potential
mobians she could dispose of while she hunted the two boys down.

Ty continues to frost skate like a bullet, latching a firm grip
on Robin there is no looking back, who know's if that mobian
machine is hot on their tail, there isn't enough time to double
check, the only thing to do is run run run run RUUUUUUN!! "I
know where to find a lake to give us time to recuperate, hold on
tight" he made a sharp left turn, breezing by various terrain in
the forest with haste, soon a vast body of water is within Ty's
line of sight, he skidded to a halt preventing the duo from
splashing into the water. He braced himself for the incoming
arrival of thier new foe playi g the waiting game.

Sonic was out for his evening run and was about to hit that
point where he jumped to light speed to start lapping the world
however he was stopped when a series of colorful flashes and a
loud bang caught his attention. Skidding to a stop the speed
trail rapidly faded dissipating behind the hedgehog. The blue
hedgehog cupped his ear listening hard as he could swear he
heard voices out here. He pushed around in the tress trying to
locate the source of the sound all while hoping that metallic
clang wasn't Dr. Robotnik's was of returning so soon. "Yo
anybody out here?" His raspy voice called out as he was
wandering around the area. "Coulda sworn I heard something." He
thought to himself while playing with his damaged ear.
