       phantom thief

       name: phantom
       identity: unknown
       appearence: he is mostly seen in his white magician costume
       (think kaito kid from detective conan) but he is a master of
       disguises so we can't be sure of his race (it's a beige cat)
       because it can be a disguise
       occupation: master thief, he is an elusive thief that hasn't
       been caught in three years but the detective in charge doesn't
       give up he managed to retrieve a few items he stole but never
       caught him.
       tools: he has a few tools like his fold able hangglider and his
       voice changer
       personality: one thing we know is that he likes to make a show
       of his heists because of that he has a big fan base al over the
       world he also has zero trust in people with authority thinking
       that they all are corrupt.

       weapon:
       it may not look like it but phantom cards are really sharp
       capabel to cut through metal like a hot knife on butter he
       fights by trowing them mostly at the weapons of his opponent or
       the environment to do thing's like cut rope's he can also uses
       magnesium flares to blind his opponent's he can than get out of
       sight and disguise himself he can also coat his cards with a
       special chemical that can paralyze someone once it get's in
       their blood stream he also has his boomerang card it looks very
       intimidating since it can cut a metal cleanly in half but that
       is not the case it has a special chemical that doesn't do
       anything to flesh just things like wood, stone, and metal
