great detective

Tentei the detective.
Appearance:
Tentei is a German shepherd dog with a blue coat and glasses
with the height of 4,3. (if you want more detail think of a
adult dog version of detective conan i'm not going to draw it
because i suck at drawing) What people don't know is that he
knows the identity of the infamous phantom thief phantom but he
won't say it because of a deal if he doesn't tell phantom wil
help him from time to time.
Age:
20 years
Personality:
He is very proud of his intellect and doesn't like it to be
brought into question. He is used to death because his luck is
so terrible that he runs into murder cases on a weekly basis,
because of that he is unfazed by seeing death bodies. He cares
about those around him and does everything to protect them. He
mostly read mystery novels, and he is proud that his name is
based on the word tentei which is Japanese for detective. When
others ask him about his name he explains that his parents were
detective anime fans. He is also an extreme flirt so much that
he does it subconsciously. He may think he doesn't have what it
takes to save people but he can't sit by idle when others need
his help.
history:
childhood:
His parents were big detective anime fans and as a child he has
shown great deductive abilities for his age. That is also when
he met his best friend Bill who was already pretty good at
tinkering with stuff but back then he only made toys
As a teen he has been helping the police in a few cases but not
the big one's he is doing now but stil pretty difficult and it
gave him a bit of insight on the criminal mind. that is when
Bill decided to help him out by making some gadgets to make it
easier for Tentei to catch the criminals.
Before the war (part 1):
As a young adult he used to double time as a member of the swat
in addition to being a detective, but he suddenly stopped and
nobody knows why he doesn't like to talk about it.
The reason he doesn't like to talk about it is because when
there was a hostage situation he helped with, The culprit hold a
gun to a little kid when he was being cornered Tentei called it
a bluff so when he approached. The guy shot the girl straight
trough the head killing her he asked if al data with his
involvement with the swat could be removed, and then quit the
swat with the mindset that he can't save people he became a full
time detective. To solve crimes after they happens but he is
scared of hostage situations because of this.
Before the war (part 2):
When he went full time detective he solved multiple impossible
cases because of that he is called a inspiration to non super
powered Mobians and he prides himself in that. His greatest
accomplishment was his first encounter with Phantom he managed
to get away in the end but Tentei managed to see though his
trick and retrieve the object he stole a red gem that looks like
a forged version of a chaos emerald. He also discovered that the
owner of it was trying to sell those as real chaos emeralds and
arrested him on the spot.
During the war:
During the war he helped in his own way. He had his friend make
his transforming car and his other tools, so that he could take
care of all the criminals trying to make use of the panic of
Eggman's attacks. The last thing he made was 1 sound bullet.
When Eggman attacked Mobotropolis where he and Bill lived Tentei
did his best to evacuate the town but without telling him Bill
went back to make sure Eggman wouldn't get his blueprints.
Tentei discovered it and went after him. He then saw Infinite
kill bill and trow him towards the detective with his last
breath Bill said. "Make sure Eggman doesn't get this." And then
decided to hand the blueprints to Tentei. The detective didn't
want to leave him so he tried to drag him away without Eggman or
Infinite noticing. He almost did it when Eggman spotted a leg
getting dragged and sending his robots after them. They got
surrounded he put Bill's body down and activated his taser
gloves trying to use those seeing that they had no effect on his
robots. All seemed lost until some resistance unit's arrived to
help with getting them out of there. He overheard them saying
that sonic was saved from the death egg he thought. If he never
got caught he could have saved bill hero of Mobius don't make me
laugh. He then decided to look at bill's body and thought. Bill
on my title as inspiration to non powered Mobians i promise i
wil become a greater hero than that blue hedgehog.
Powers and abilities:
He doesn't have any superpowers but he does have his tools like
his custom made gun and his taser gloves and more.
Custom made gun: It looks like a real gun but it can't fire any
live rounds. it can fire tranc darts to put criminals to sleep
and blanks to intimedate them.
Taser gloves: His gloves are special in case he gets in a fight
in witch he cant use his gun if he gives himself a fist bump
everything he touches gets a shock until he does it again.
Tracking buttons: The buttons on his coat also acts as a
tracking devise with clocking capability and sound recording.
Tracking glasses: He can track his buttons with his glasses if
he turns te end piece at his right ear.
Communicator badge: His police badge has a communicator built in
it if he presses the center of his badge a phone screen appears
on it.
Transforming police car: His car is also custom made it can
transform into three mode's:
Car: Which is the most fuel efficient and it make's it easier to
see what is going on in the street and he doesn't have to search
for a long strip of land or a beach to get out.
Boat: this mode allows the car to traverse over water but isn't
efficient as car and is the slowest of the three forms
Plane: this one is useful if he has to go somewhere quick or
somewhere were there are no roads it is the fastest mode but it
also consume's the most fuel.
One sound bullet: This was the last thing his friend made before
he died but he can't use it because the gun can't handle the
force making it that the soundwave goes back to the person who
fired the bullet destroying the gun in the progress. it is
impossible to see it with the blind eye.
Detective's code: This is a book Tentei wrote himself to write
down personal rules in order to keep himself from becoming
corrupt. He gives each rule a random number to make it sound
like he has more rules than he actually has. Example: Code 58: A
detective always comes true to his word.
Weaknesses:
He can only focus on one thing at a time and his completely
depended on his tools and brain so he isn't that strong so if he
gets attacked at home he can't defend himself. He also is
tormented by his own inner demons like guilt and a grudge
Hostage situations: He can't focus during one because of al the
guilt come back to him when he is involved in one again and he
wil comply to the demands in order to make sure he doesn't make
the same mistake again.
Grudge against Sonic: He tries to put up a false front when
close to sonic but he hates him if Sonic gets accused for a
crime he wil try to get him the guilty verdict with the excuse
of doing his job
Dead best friend: If you want him mad talk about bill his best
friend that wil make him angry this is especially true for sonic
since he thinks sonic doesn't deserve to mention bill
Relation's
Phantom Ally/rival. Sometimes they are against each other but
Tentei seems to be the only person with authority that phantom
trusts.
Bill the tinkerer [deceased] Tentei's best friend died in the
war against Eggman and he heavily blames Sonic for not being
able to save him Tentei promised him at his grave that he would
become greater than the hedgehog but to do that he has to put up
a false face when he is around Sonic. The last thing he made was
one soundwave bullet.
Sara [deceased] When Tentei was stil a part of the swat his last
assignment was about a hostage situation and the culprit held
the little girl Sara at gunpoint Tentei called it a bluff
resulting in the 6 year old girl's death he quit the swat right
afterwards after requesting that al evidence of him being in it
would be erased
