Blaze gave a small nod to Maria and Sabine. " Yup looks like
i'll be a dad pretty soon hehe. " Blaze replied with a chuckle
and rub of his head. Veira blushed lightly as she held her
stomach lightly. " I forgot to tell you guys....sorry about
that. " Veira replied.

Val offered them a tender smile and stood up from the water and
went off to the bathroom and grabbed a drink on her way there.
As she pushed the door she drank the content of her glass and
turned on the cold water from the tap and washed her face. How
could she not know? Or have see it coming. It was a big reveal
after all...

Sabine looked a bit confused and glanced at Maria as Val got up
and left for the bathroom. It wouldn't have been too unusual,
but something still seemed off.
"What's up with her?" Sabine asked them curiously, "surely she
should be here to congratulate rather than going that."
"Who knows," Maria said as she got up, "but i will go to see to
it, be right back."
Once the doe had gone to the bathroom Sabine looked at the two
again, "so... if you don't mind me asking, how do you plan to
handle the child. I can only assume it would be special seeing
as you're both super mobians."
Out in the bathroom, Maria saw Vla washing her face and she
settled in on the table next to her, "what's the matter, Val?"

Both Blaze and Veira looked at Val as she left the spring with
puzzled looks before looking to Sabine. " Well to be honest i
have no idea how to handle it. " Blaze admitted. " Neither do i
honestly...i would like some advice if you have any ideas..."
Veira replied to Sabine. She was a bit worried about Val though.
" Maybe i should go check on Val too..." the huntress said as
she got up to go check on Val.

Val untied her hair causing them to fall over her right
shoulder. " I'm not good to deal with ...surprises big reveals
and emotions I guess." She appeared to be uncomfortable. " I
don't know what to say or do ...yes I have a child but the
circumstances were different and I'm not the mother of the
year.. So right now I'm a little lost... " Then she she splashed
her face with cold water again.
She tried to get a hold of herself and even managed to smile
while she leaned on the counter." I suppose I should just go
back " Then she smelled Viera approaching. " I guess ...oh
my..what should I do.."

Veira stopped at the doorway as she heard Val and Maria talk for
a bit. She heard what Val said and her ears lowered a bit. She
just sighed a bit before putting on a straight face as she
walked inside. " Hey you doing ok Val? Look i'm sorry if the
news is a bit much for you. I didn't mean to put you in a
unconfrontable spot..." she replied rubbing her ear a bit.

"I see," Maria sighed and gently placed a hand on the dire
wolf's shoulder, "i understand that it can be quite the shock...
and sometimes it is just better to smile and go with the flow.
You might just be able to fall in with people. Besides, we are
here to help you, if you don't know what to say, i would say
that is what you should say."
She then looked at Veira and nodded at what she said, "see,
there's nothing wrong with it."
Back in the pool, Sabine just shook her head, "no, i don't. Just
ask your wife or Val, they will confirm that my skills with kids
are very much lacking... all i can do is instill discipline in
the army manner, but that isn't really what you want to do to a
child... at least if Pandora is anything to go by."

She walked to Viera and wrapped her arms around of her." I am
sorry, I don't know what's wrong with me lately...but I want to
be there for you...both" She said and kissed her while removing
her hair from her face. She broke the kiss and the embrace.
"Maybe we shouldn't leave your man alone with Sabine for too
loong..." She said chuckling.

Veira returned the hug before nodding. " Like I said...it's
alright Val its a natural feeling. And you're right. We should
get back to Blaze and Sabine hehe. " Veira replied with a smile
before returning to the spring. Blaze on the other hand was
trying to think of an idea as he listened to Sabine. " Hmm...I
guess we will have to wing it then. " he replied.

"Indeed," Maria nodded and started to head back to the pool,
"Sabine isn't the best conversationalist."
Sabine looked at Blaze and smirked, "then you'll have to do
that... looking forward to see where it leads you."
