Night 's on Fire, yo!

Another day was over. He had done his practice, flown his
patrols and done his maintenance, so now it was time to kick up
and relax. Only it wasn't, he was going out for his favorite,
and secret hobby: Racing.
The main issue was that he was an amateur, as in he had no
carrier, he was a very good driver as he was a pilot, but he had
to partake in illegal street races every other week. It would
happen at night from midnight to 5am. However, he could normally
juggle positions and shifts around to let him get some extra
sleep to compensate for his late night hi-jinks.
For now though, it was time for his second dinner, he needed
something extra to make it through the night, so the fast food
joint would have to suffice as he parked and went in for a fish
burger. Another night of fuel and adrenaline on the road.

Pam felt sad, affraid and broken. Having a nornal life was very
scary and she wasn't ready for that. The teenager ran off to the
closet junkfood joint to notice a familiar figure through the
windows of the joint. She decided to enter the joint and walked
to the penguin." Hello stranger! Long time no see" She greeted
the familiar peinguin. He was Sabine and Maria's friend , right?

Guntram froze up for a moment and looked up from his food,
seeing a young wolf in front of him. He didn't recognize her,
plain and simple. If he had seen her, then it wouldn't have been
enough to leave an impression on him at all. However, from the
way she spoke it was obvious that they would have had to have
met before, but why would she call him stranger than? Oh well,
no sense in being rude and ignoring her.
"Uh, hello," he started with a slight head tilt, "have we met
before? You seem to indicate that we have, but you address me as
stranger and i can't for the life of me recall anything about
you... like most people in my life. Anyway, what's your name
miss?"

"My name is Pandora, I'm Val's daughter...you the weird amd tall
lady Maria and Sabine hang with?" She said bitting her lip. It
was a bit comforting to be away from her home at the moment. "I
heard crazy rumors about my mother in school and ...I don't know
to who to turn too. Also it was a greeting for to designate
someone you haven't seen in a long time." She said fidgeting and
sighed her attempt at conversing was a failure. "Look I'm
..nevermind".

"Val, Val... oh, that crazy wolf witch, yeah," Guntram answered
after giving it a minute or two, indeed Sabine and Maria had
been hanging out with this tall wolf that was around Sabine's
height... but that was about it, apart from the fact that he
felt fear whenever she was close and that she was witch,
probably the reason, "so you're her daughter? Hmph, nice to meet
you, my name is Guntram Messerschmitt. Now what troubles you?
You seemed to stall for a bit."

"We never had a normal life..but wait crazy witch? Look I know
she's weird but a witch? " The penguin response troubled her.
She was weird yeah but a witch?" You must think about someone
else. My mother's a botanist. And we're supposed to have a
normal life now...what's normal anyway? Right?" She talked a lot
and realised how crazy she sounded." Also I'm affraid of my
punishement....Sabine's a bit rough lately...but I don't want
her or Maria away... "

Guntram looked at her curiously as she said her mother was a
botanist and not a witch, was he mistaken? He easily could be,
it wouldn't be the first time either. Still, why would she say
that, whatever, he couldn't remember and probably wouldn't
remember either.
"Well, it might be, it wouldn't be the first time i have mixed
facts about people... bu~ut, what is this about living a normal
live and a punishment facilitated by Sabine?" he asked the teen
while the mental image made him shudder a bit, "i mean, living
life is kinda philosophical or whatever you call it. It's
objective as far as i understand it, which isn't much mind you.
Also, how did you get yourself into a position where Sabine
punishes you? Because it sounds you did something bad if she is
the one to punish you."

"I did...I'm not a good kid , my mother is strange, I have no
friends...My family lies to me. I don't know anything about
them." She shrugged and leaned her head on the table. " I need a
friend, I need to do something different. Strong sensations and
.. Ugh. " She raised her eyes and looked at the penguin." Sabine
was the authority of my family because my mother was just
weird." She sighed.

"Alright, you check all the boxes it seems," Guntram said as he
took another bite of his burger, "so you want a friend and try
something wild? Well, i can't help you with that. I would
imagine the best thing would be to try and be more social. But
then again, i never had any real friends except a stag when i
was in school. He was also a social misfit like me and he had a
friend, my squad commander actually, funny how the world is
small, right? As for Sabine being the authority in the house, i
am not surprised. I am however, terrified at the prospect given
her nature. You have my sympathy... Pandora, was it?"
He fell quiet, realizing he might have ranted a bit, "well,
sorry about that. I would just advise you to face your
punishment with your head held high, you wouldn't believe to
know what happens when she gets really angry."
He looked at his watch and realized the time had run from him.
"Dammit, sorry, i have to cut it short. I have a ra- something
important to attend." He then quickly ate his food and went to
his car only to realize had forgotten something and came back
inside, leaving the car unlocked by accident due to stress.

Pandora shifted the penguin and ran outside before he could
realise it and boarded the penguin's car and sat on the
backseat. "You're gonna help me..weither you want it or not. ..I
don't want it to end ..." She breathed slowly planning to
surprise him so he wouldn't have the choice. "I'm sorry
mister..."
He probably would be mad and Sabine would be infuriated and her
mother too. But she didn't cared at the moment.
