Splash the Octopus

Name: Splash
Age: Unknown(appears to be very young, though)
Species: Blue Ringed Octopus
Occupation: Unemployed
Overview: A mysterious young boy that seems to have lost his
memory. He has many deadly powers; yet he tends to be quite
hesitant when it comes to fighting. More information about this
young one will be revealed in the future.
Description: Splash is a young and adorable light blue octopus,
yet he has blue ring-like markings all over his body that hold
an ancient venom within them.
Personality: He tends to be quite shy at first glance, yet he's
willing to try and help out others in any way he can
Powers/Abilities
-Tentacles: Despite how most of his abilities rely on his
toxins; Splash usually perfers using this ability to fight.
Splash can extend four tentacles on his back to attack his
opponents, the tentacles are much more muscular and have a lot
more grabbing than one could expect.
-Ancient venom: Splash has a very unique liquid venom that flows
inside of him. The venom is usually located on his blue
markings. The markings secret the venom when they are glowing;
which can happen automatically if the markings are cut open with
a wound. This venom can be used in many different shapes and
forms of attacks(So many that I can't even really list them all,
otherwise this powers/abilities list would go on for ages)
-Blue ring pulse: He can fire out illuminating blue rings made
out of his mythical poisons; this is his primary poison ability.
-Regeneration: As an octopus; he has the power to regenerate
himself. However; his regeneration speed is extremely slow. He
CAN regenerate lost limbs; but it takes a VERY long time(around
1-10 days to be precise...and losing a limb would still
traumatize the precious smol ;w;)
-Ink mist: He can let out a poisonous mist into the air
-Arcane blast: After charging for a long time; he can let out a
blast of ancient energy around him (it kind of looks like chaos
blast now that I think of it...but it's nowhere near as strong
as that)
-Invisibility....kind of...: He can SORT OF use camoflauge
but....well....his markings don't turn invisible, making his
camouflage a bit useless.
Weaknesses: While his poisons tend to work very well against all
organic matter(even beings that are usually immune to toxic
material have trouble dealing with his acidic pulses), his
attacks do not work very well against metallic substances;
meaning that he can't really do much damage to robots, the best
he can do is rely on his tentacle attacks to make sure he can
still do damage. Still; he has a habit of hesitating to fight
robots; as he pities them a bit; which may lead him to missing
opportunities to attack them quite a bit. That is another
weakness splash has; he currently lacks offensive reaction
instincts; leading him to often miss many attack opportunists,
as he tends to attack defensively rather than offensively. Also;
if he is out of water for more than 24 hours, he will not be
able to use his toxic abilities until he has gotten back inside
of a form of water.
