Val felt the warm sensation in her chest and belly." Sorry for
my behavior and attitude, Viera. I didn't want to ...whatever."
She grabbed an actual glass instead of the bottle and pourred
herself one." On the other hand, Sacha. I meant everything , but
time have passed. And miss? I didn't got your name, impressed by
this ? I'm full of surprises." she said with a confident tone
and a fierce attitude then proceeded to walk to the dance floor.
It was strange to see the She-Wolf with so much confidence and
fire in her eyes. It was neither anger or spite but passion. A
stronge emotion fuled by the strong drink she had and stepped on
the dance floor extanded her hand toward the group. "So who's
gonna be my dance partner?" she asked to anyone willing to join
her. That fierce attitude reminded Sacha of something. Which
made the old man chuckle but he kept his mouth shut. He was too
curious to see what was going to happen next.

Veira didn't know what to say to Val at the moment. Was she
angry or was she just a little drunk from her first drink. Even
though she just drunk a whole bottle to herself. When Val went
to the dance floor, Veira took another shot and proceeed to go
to the dance floor. Looking up at the wolf, she sighed briefly
before extending her hand to her.
" I'll be your partner." she replied.

It was clear from Maria's facial expression that she was at a
loss for words. Sure she had some strong drink, but that was a
change she couldn't have predicted.
"Hah, i will be looking forward to it then," Sabine laughed and
finished the rest of her bottle, "the name's Sabine Horten by
the way."
Maria quietly drank her shot and looked at the dance floor. She
wasn't one for dancing, it was fun at times but she was too
aware of how it all went down, that and she wasn't that big of a
fan when it came to music.
"I must say, alcohol is one hell of a drug," she sighed and
looked at the others, "i mean, i worked with medicine but
nothing would ever to do something like that."
"Hah, you bet," Sabine said and ordered another bottle, "seems
to help your friend get over whatever issue she had, why don't
you join her?"
"No no, two is a group, three is a crowd," the doe answered and
looked at the fresh glass Sabine had poured her, this time it
was a clear liquid.
James just sighed and looked on as well, it seemed to be going
fine so far, maybe he could relax a bit after all.

Val wrapped her left arm around Viera's shoulder and extended
her right arm to hold the huntress's vacant hand. "I didn't know
you danced.." she took a few steps following the music but her
heart grew heavy." Listen, I know I am a bit upset but, it's
not your fault and I shouldn't act the way I did toward you. I
don't want to ruin our friendship, could you forgive me and give
me a little time? Besides, you're gonna be a mother and a great
one at that." ( Right....you upset? No cutsy good witch, you're
jealous that she didn't choose you~) The alcohol had awaken
Beastly who was already trying to mess up with Val's mind once
more. Even if she smiled the beast already damaged her somehow.
"Maybe, it would be best if I leave you alone for a
while..(don't make me laugh Val, you're stricken with jealousy
~)" Although she did her best to contain her on emotions it was
obvious that she was struggling and at the same time enjoying
the dance. She tried to release Viera's hand and take a step
away to try to break their duo.

" I do a lot of things when I'm not out hunting..." she replied
as the two danced to the music. She listened to Val as she tried
apologizing for her attitude before. Veira shook her head before
responding. " Look just because I'm going to be a mother doesn't
mean I still don't have feelings for...." she stopped as she
looked at Val. Based on her expressions, the other side was
waking up. Veira held tight to Val as they continued to dance.
" Just ignore her and focus on me okay? Right now...it just you
and me. " she replied with a smile.

As the two danced Maria sat and watched, gently twirling the
liquid in her glass before downing it.
"You seem to enjoy the show," Sabine commented as she let out a
content sigh from her latest drink, "why don't you go join
them?"
"Me, nonono, i can't," she quickly answered, "i mean, look at
them, three is too many. Even then, i am not good enough to
dance with them. Finally, look at me, i don't even look the
part."
"Then settle in, kick your feet up, relax, arm-wrestle one of
the other patrons, just do something that isn't sitting there
and berating yourself!" Sabine exclaimed in annoyance, the doe's
lack of self esteem was starting to get to her, "hell, you could
even go flirt with someone. Deny it all you want, but you are a
hottie, you would be to make someone swoon."
Her last comment made Maria blush fiercely as she shook her head
to clear it and reached for something other than alcohol, "okay,
i think you've had enough alcohol for now."
"WRONG!" Sabine exclaimed and made sure Maria was looking her in
the eyes, "it's you who hasn't had enough!"
"Alright, that's enough Horten, calm down or i'll force you
down," James growled as the Panther had just poured the doe a
large glass.
"Alright alright, calm down, Papa, you've made you point,"
Sabine answered, being very annoyed by her commander's
interruption. So she turned her attention to the dire-wolf, "so
what's going on with you, pla? You've been silent ever since Val
called you out, what's wrong?"

Sacha sighed.:" Seeing her like this is troubling me I guess.
She is relative after all and I can sense her struggling with
her inner demon." He tried to explain without sounding crazy.
"So far, she has been into the huntress and It causes nothing
but pain... But I could be wrong" He shrugged and pourred
himself another glass. "I deserve her anger, but she should meet
the right person." Then he chugged the content of his glass. The
old man started to sounds like a drunk father then asked the
girls.:" How about you Sabine, ever had a long term relationship
or do you punch them too hard?"he asked jokingly " just kidding.
By the way miss Hawkings, do you ever ever get out of your shell
? Or that pretty face of yours is the real you?" Sacha's
curiosity was taking over him while Val was dancing.
Val nodded but she could still hear the beast.( She will leave
you anyway... Imagine with the baby...) Val tighted her grasp.
"But ...what about Blaze. I don't want to get in between you
two.( Good girl... Now you see it... Your magic would ruin
everything... Even Sacha knows it...)She leaned her head on
Viera's shoulder and a tear ran out on her cheek.:" It might be
the alcohol speaking but it seems like sonething to hard to
overcome.(there you go..) I need a drink..." She broke their
embrace and walked to the table and grabbed a glass she chugged
in an instant.(good girl, see? It's not so hard? Let her go...)
Her eyes became orange as she drank the Vodka shot. 'I can't so
this...' She though.

Veira continued to dance with her friend as she listened to her
talk more about the what if's of the future. To be honest she
wasn't sure herself but she wasn't giving up on Val. She was her
first real friend since she got her body back. And yet she felt
a bit more than that. The dire wolf hugged her a bit before she
broke the embrace and walked back to the table to get a drink.
Veira looked down at her hands for a bit before she headed back
to grab herself a drink as well. Pouring a glass larger than
last time, she too chugged it down before whipping her mouth a
bit. Her expression was slightly different now.
" What do you want me to say..." she asked herself lowly.

Sabine actually blushed slightly and looked away before
snickering at Sacha's last remark. "Hmpf, i guess. I never went
that far. I've never been the loving type. I mean, i guess i
could go into it. But who would want someone like me? Hell, i
look like a man when seen from behind and i am way too
aggressive. Honestly, i wouldn't be surprised if i die single."
Maria meanwhile, blushed a lot as Sacha called her pretty and
lowered her head while trying to nervously laugh it off. "You-
you really think so? ...in that case you would have to be the
first. I am only average at best, compared to those i went to
school with at least." She could potentially be lying but before
anyone could confirm she had turned her attention to Val, though
not before downing the shot she had. She couldn't bear the
thought of seeing Val like that.
"Are... are you okay Val?" she asked carefully with a worried
expression, "what happened?"
"Yeah, spit it out?" Sabine urged the dire wolf on, "what
happened between you and Viera out on the dance floor?"

Sacha grabbed Viera by the hand and dragged her to the bar using
all his strenght. "Now you sit down on stool and listen to me."
He said on a much more serious tone. While Val stayed at the
table.
Val sighed.:" It's a complicated story, it always. I, I am a
witch and it comes at a price... I have this other side of me
...(keep talking...) She whispers terrible things to me when she
wakes uo and do worst when she wakes up. Before I met Viera I
was a bit of a lone wolf." She chuckled ." Then, she became my
first friend and my other side who used to take control of me to
unleash her destructive impulses would make me go rabbid and
make me kill wild animals and all those who wandered and got
lost in the forest near my village.(Tell them your tragic love
story you insignificant white witch...) but then I met Viera.
She was different, I couldn't harm her nor did I wanted too.
Though Sacha disagreed at first he helped me to leave my village
so I could live a happier life..." She explained sobbing. She
was passed tipsy and it was obvious. " Then she introduced me to
this world and tried to help me with your modern world. At first
I was hesitating but I did try for her...".
Meanwhile at the bar.
Sacha ordered two beers and looked at Viera in the eyes. " At
first I didn't like you, but you two became close and we are
drinking buddies. You're a good person and I respect that. Shut
up and listen." He said in case she would try to interrupt him.
"Right now I am drunk and I need to tell you what I think. Now.
Val is fragile and the beast is feeding on her negative
emotions. Right now, you two are feeding her. She loves you and
everytime you two are near each others she is happy and
miserable at the same time. Shut up!" He shouted again. The old
wolf took a sip of his beer. " Now , if you care about her you
will fix it..." The explanation went on while Val at the other
side of the room.
Val awkwardly smiled and sat down." It's been complicated ever
since ... With the future we foresaw and I never even been able
to tell her and...(Miserable little wolf... Who cry instead of
doing anything, stricken with fear and jealousy.) everytime...
It feels so ...good and excruciating to be in presence. I never
knew what she truly feels and I could never say it myself." as
she paused her explanation her eyes turned fully red. " Oh myyy,
she revealed her tragic backstory to you guys? My, and she
depicted me as the villain as always..." Beastly smirked and
leaned to Maria and stroke her hair. "I see what she likes about
you, her dear, shy, little friend. Both of you, passive.."She
said mocking the doe. " Poor pathetic thing...Ahahahahah! It
feels so good to be back but who'se gonna protect her now?" She
smirked showing all of her sharp teeth." Surely not you little
medic and the old man is busy isn't he?" The beast was fully
awaken and ready to rampage.
Sacha's ears and nose twiched." She's awaken...Now if you love
her you will make her happy without sacrificing your own
happiness. Do what think is right. You have my blessing but if
you her more illusions I will make your life a living
hell...just kidding. I am ...I would be proud to consider you as
family but I don't want you to sacrifice everything, yes I
repeat my self...I am drunk... Now do something for once while
I....go to the cabinets..." He said smiling and stood up from
the stool which bent because of Sacha's weight.
