Why Dose Everybody Suck But Me!

Sonic sat at the outskirts of the city limits on a broken brick
wall. His face wore a long frown as he spun a golden power ring
around his index finger. Looking to his reflection in the ring
he glance at his frown giving a sad sigh. "My life sucks and so
dose everybody in it. Tails back to life......Yeah right.This
time Sapphire's gone too far. She's a cute kid but I can't keep
this Daddy act up much longer. Yeah we've been through a lot but
she's ruining my life with these delusional fantasies of hers.
When is she going to wake up and realize she's not my daughter
and she's not from the future. The only reason I've been able to
keep this act up and believe able is because I'm a hell of an
actor and I want to see her happy. Those movies I starred in
really paid off. As for Ty and Karahl....I can't believe Ty made
out with Karahl again. Then he ruined my proposal. I had this
whole dinner planned out at the lake where we had our first
date. Now our relationship is going to start on mistrust and
drama because of him. I can't believe how many times we've
fought side by side and he dose this. Maybe I should go sleep
with that kinky chick with the whip he's into. That'd fix his
wagon....No I couldn't do that to Karahl. But it'd be totally
worth it to see the look on his face. Worst of all was being
stuck in a room with those black and green losers. Ugh who do
they think there fooling? They look somebody dropped a bucket of
paint of their Sonic cosplays. Worst of all is that two tailed
lunatic dishonoring the memory of my dearly departed little
brother. To top it off that cat takes over my city and tears
those poor people from their homes. All I want to do is go home
with Karahl and put all this behind me. But for whatever reason
whiskers is sitting in that bunker with the rest of the idiots.
Like come on! Time travel bringing people back to life!? What a
load of crap. That cat in red is no different than Ol Robuttnik,
she's another villain or simple terrorist trying to start
trouble in MY city. I will admit the army is impressive and that
dome is a nice touch. I'm going to have to find Karahl so we can
deal with this ourselves. After what Ty's done I can't trust
anybody else on the team. Glad I got away from there so I could
finally hear myself think. Question is how do I reach her
without going back to the room full of mouth breathers." Sonic
snapped his fingers and slipped up the cuff of his glove
revealing his communicator. He sent Karahl a text communication
so the others wouldn't catch on unless she told them. The
message read as follows.
"I'm waiting for you outside the city limits. We need to talk
about this whole crazy ordeal. Come alone and tell nobody where
you're going. If anybody follows you loose them. Show me what
becoming truly invisible is all about. See you soon. Sonic."

"[shadow=Crimson,right]How interesting...[/shadow]" Piped up a
somewhat familiar voice, or at least the voice should've been
recognisable a bit, since he'd just been with the feline not
that long ago on the same scene.
Caroline was expecting Sonic to groan, run away even once she
spoke up but she didn't seem to care about the fact.
"[shadow=Crimson,right]I didn't know you would have such
intriguing thoughts going on up there, Sonic, tell me, if you
think this whole different timeline future jazz is a whole lot
of nonsense, then where are we? Why is it so different to the
city you're used to? You know speed, surely I couldn't of
totalled the entire city and remodelled it all within less then
an hour, right?[/shadow]" She would ask, leaning against the
broken brick wall Sonic was sat upon.
"[shadow=Crimson,right]So jealous and so hateful towards the
people who actually care about you, oh and, please, don't call
Karahl over, we both don't want her getting hurt yes?[/shadow]"
The cat sat and Sonic would find his communicator had suddenly
been drained of all power. The cat only had to wave a hand for
such.
"[shadow=Crimson,right]So you're simply acting to Sapphire? How
cute, I'm sure she'd love to know about that[/shadow]" She
murmered as a smile spread across her lips,
"[shadow=Crimson,right]Oh I agree on that two failed freak I
mean, you saw Tails die didn't you? It's not possible for him to
be alive, how dare that other fox pose as him, and for what? To
earn your trust? Honestly and Ty is no better, you're right
Sonic, he's simply a cheating backstabber, trying to get with
the love of your life[/shadow]" Caroline would spring up onto
the wall and sit next to Sonic, "[shadow=Crimson,right]People
you trusted... How could they[/shadow]" She would shake her head
and look off to the city.
The streets where a mess, broken and dirty, but the castle was
now twice as big and tall and glowed like a gem amoungst the
rubble of the old city.
"[shadow=Crimson,right]Curious though, why don't you go back
there and just show Ty how you feel, beat it into him that you
won't accept him near your partner in that way? Why not just
tell Sapphire you're not her father if you believe it so
strongly, why not just show them? You're Sonic the Hedgehog
afterall[/shadow]" She would say, her voice becoming quieter
towards the end, "[shadow=Crimson,right]You know what I did when
people betrayed my trust and my care[/shadow]" She would ask,
her tail curling out and giving a flick to ring the bell wrapped
around the end of it. "[shadow=Crimson,right]It went a little
something like... THIS[/shadow]" In the blink of an eye she was
on her feet and had Sonic levitated midair, making it hard for
him to run as his feet would find no ground beneath them,
another second later and he'd feel himself flying backwards,
smashing through the wreckage of what was once 'his' city, if he
tried to get up he'd find that an invisible heavy weight was
atop his chest, pushing him back down, almost like gravity had
intensified on his body alone.
Strolling over Caroline's hair and tail whipped in the wind as a
breeze blew past, standing over Sonic she would smile,
"[shadow=Crimson,right]This city? It's MINE now[/shadow]" She
sneered as she picked him up by the scruff of his neck and
slammed him to the rubble of what was left of the old city,
"[shadow=Crimson,right]See this rubble? THIS is what is left of
what you called 'home' and even THAT belongs to me now and there
is nothing you can do to get it back[/shadow]" Picking him up
again she would send him flying through the brick wall they
where sitting on earlier, "[shadow=Crimson,right]You LOOSE
hedgehog, and I'm glad you won't mind me destroying what you do
have left, that pathetic little bunker the rest are hiding in? I
will break it, I will get in and wipe out all you have left to
love, but you don't mind right? They're just a bunch of idiots
afterall. Idiots who have tried so desperately to save you so
many times, but even in the end, they could not save you, not
from me. That's twice Sapphire has failed to do so[/shadow]" Her
polished boots kicked up the dust and dirt of Sonic's once
beloved home as she wandered round to him once more,
"[shadow=Crimson,right]It makes sense now... No one that
pathetic could be YOUR daughter, surely, Sonic, Hero of Mobius
couldn't possibly produce somebody who failed to save him and
his city... Twice[/shadow]" She would taunt, kicking some dust
in his direction.
Leaning down the cat would grab Sonic by a spike, pulling him up
to be eye to eye with her, "[shadow=Crimson,right]Maybe you want
to see her happy even though you consider her some annoying
little cute brat that thinks you're her father, but I want to
see her suffer like I did, and I'm going to make sure I do. I
thought you might actually be a problem and try and get in the
way..[/shadow]" She would smile as she dropped the hedgehog and
pointed a finger at him before whipping her finger off to the
side, sending him skidding across the floor, following the point
of her finger "[shadow=Crimson,right]Look at you.. Arguing with
yourself over the trust you have with friends and calling the
people who actually want to help you idiots... How foolish of
me, I overestimated you[/shadow]" She spat before she would
click her fingers, a hammer much like Sapphire's appearing, she
would simply drop it onto Sonic's legs before holding a hand on
the hammer, it would begin to melt down over the hedgehog's
legs, "[shadow=Crimson,right]Good luck getting that off without
the help of one of your friends who has piko Magic... Oh wait.
You don't have any friends, just idiots who follow you[/shadow]"
She taunted before she placed her hands on her hips and peered
down at the hedgehog, slowly beginning to wander over to a bit
of broken wall that laid there in a lump.
"[shadow=Crimson,right]Here is something, that may change your
mind on the whole bringing back to life thing...[/shadow]"

Sonic snapped to his feet surprised to see the white feline
behind him. He seemed shocked belting out. "Wait! You can read
minds? Well I'll admit that's a new one. You've got an ability
I've never encountered before. Do us both a favor and stay outta
my head from six to nine pm. That's Sonic time and unless you
enjoy dreams about Karahl naked well you're outta luck." Sonic
would shake his wrist when his watch stopped working annoyed as
he tapped his foot replying. "You just don't get it do you. All
this future stuff me having daughters. I can't believe it even
if it is true. I love Karahl! If Sapphire is telling the truth
then I cheat on her with Amy so she's born. I can't bring myself
to do that to Karahl. It's true I've had a lot of girlfriends
but never more than one at a time. That's not what relationships
are about. I'm engaged to be married! After you pop that kind of
question there's no intimate relations with anybody but her.
This is why I hate you and all this future stuff. I'm being
backed into a corner where I either ruin my marriage or
Sapphire's never born. I have two choices and both suck! This is
tearing me apart inside." Sonic shouted before he was tossed
through the city like a rag doll.
As soon as he was dropped to the ground he grit his teeth. With
the dirt being kicked into his face he closed one eye and
replied now covered in bruises. "Do you think it's easy knowing
I have to either betray the love of my life or write another
person totally out of existence. That is why I cannot accept
this is the future. I reject your future this bleak crappy world
where you run things. Lemme guess the version of me here is
either divorced or depressed. I'm not going to make that mistake
my future is going to be different." He barked defiantly before
being knocked down again. "I'm not going to sit in some bunker
and be told this is the future when it's going to ruin my life.
It's not my super speed you have to worry about, it's the fact I
never give up! That's my real power. I'll never betray Karahl
and I'll save Sapphire. Afterwards we'll come after you. You
don't get it do you. With all your power you have NOTHING to
threaten me with. Karahl and I weren't always in love. Standing
against her when we first met was the single most terrifying
experience of my life. Compared to that you're strictly small
time rookie."
Finally finished with being kicked around Sonic screamed as the
hammer was brought down onto his legs. Watching the cat vanish
Sonic looked down to his feet. "Ugh...Damn it!" He cursed trying
to pull himself free but to no avail. Soon he started to vibrate
his body at high speeds and his legs phased through though the
melted magic. He then rolled onto his back exhausted as he
became solid once more. He tried to stand but he couldn't feel
his legs. He pushed himself up with his arms but ended up
collapsing passing out from the pain.

Caroline scrunched up her face and gave the hedgehog a weird
look at the naked Karahl part,
"[shadow=Crimson,right]Uhhhh..[/shadow]".
Caroline would smile lightly at his struggle and his words,
"[shadow=Crimson,right]I'm not a child, I understand what
relationships are about, I've been in one...[/shadow]" Her eyes
narrowed, "[shadow=Crimson,right]You think I care what happens
to Sapphire? Do me a favour, DON'T have her! Problem solved!
Then you win and so do I[/shadow]" Caroline would say before
Sonic broth up that the two choices sucked because he wanted
both, "[shadow=Crimson,right]You just told yourself that she's
cute but annoying, you don't believe that she's your child
anyway, think about it, how important is she really? How
important to you is having her around? Is it really that
important to you? What's she done for you? Whine?[/shadow]".
"[shadow=Crimson,right]You can't achieve both hedgehog, you
betray Karahl in saving Sapphire and you don't save Sapphire if
you stay loyal to Karahl[/shadow]" She would shake her head
though, "[shadow=crimson,right]Future you isn't divorced or
depressed... But he is rather..l stiff~[/shadow]" She smiled,
placing a finger to her lips. Caroline would laugh at being
called a rookie, "[shadow=Crimson,right]I was brought up under
the very same person who terrified you, you do realise. Ah, it
does not matter, you will not save your friends, not Sapphire,
not anyone and if you refuse to quit and give up, then I'll just
have to keep you still long enough to destroy them[/shadow]" She
would say as she slipped a few objects out of a pocket on her
Crimson coat....
The objects where all the same size and all glowed their
respective colours, "[shadow=Crimson,right]Different people
require a different amount of emeralds and energy to return... I
have only come across one that I could not bring back with
these. Let's test and old friend of yours now shall
we?[/shadow]" With a flash of light, the remains of 'somebody'
appeared between the two of them, but whomever it was, was so
disfigured it was too hard to make out exactly WHO it was.
"[shadow=Crimson,right]The Servants are the seven
chaos...[/shadow]" She would begin, four emeralds she had on her
beginning to hover over this 'person' and glow brightly.
Red, green, blue and white.
"[shadow=Crimson,right].. Chaos is power, controlled by my
will..[/shadow]" The person would begin to flow, a light
silhouette and begin to reform to their original state...
"[shadow=Crimson,right]The controller exists to enslave the
chaos![/shadow]" In a burst of light and colour the person she
was bringing back would be able to breath once more.
The person was blue in colour and wore a long fashionable dress
with dark makeup... Her dolls and equipment, the complete set of
what she had before would appear in a click before her.
"[shadow=Crimson,right]Welcome back, Pin. Take care of this
trouble maker and his crew for me[/shadow]" Caroline would say,
pocketing the emeralds once more.

As her body reformed from her melted earthly remains and the
magic of the chaos emeralds, Pin once again was able to endure
the burden of life. Normally the hedgehog of dark mannerisms
would object to being used as a mere servant but she felt a
debut to be paid to her savior. After what seemed like a decade
burning in endless fire her soul was jolted from the afterlife
and restored to her mortal shell. After such a horrible fate,
Pin was just happy to be among the living once more. Pin bowed
low grabbing her gear then slipping into her dress securing her
linked voodoo dolls to her belt. She pursed her lips, smothered
with purple lipstick speaking her first words in three years.
"Of course Master. Leave him to me. You'll have to bore me with
the details of my bloody return after your conquest is
complete." The wonderful sensations of the living world
overwhelming her she took a moment to enjoy the gentle breeze
and scents of the flowers on the wind. Taking a moment to gather
her wits she plucked a spine from her hair and drove it into the
heart of the Sonic doll. The deeper she drove the pin into the
dolls core the greater the pressure on his heart would be. Pin
smiled pushing greater force into the sharp object. "Oh how I
wish I'd be inflicting this pain upon that wretch who took my
life, Tikal. However I get the oddest feeling she's hiding away
somewhere cutting her ties to the modern world." With Sonic on
the ground writhing in pain she smiled back at her master.
"They'll all be dead come day break. Trouble yourself not with
these minor details mysterious benefactor." With Sonic in far
too much pain to fight back she tore the Karahl,Sapphire,Ty and
Blaze dolls from her belt. As these were the only people she had
dolls of she'd have to make new ones for the newer members. "The
Tiger and blue brat will be a sweet sentence to commit."

Caroline smiled watching Pin collect her surroundings, greatful
to be alive once more it would seem. The cat lifted her muzzle
lightly as Pin bowed to pick up her belongings.
"[shadow=Crimson,right]I trust that you will make them wish they
where dead[/shadow]" The cat said, as Pin drove a spine of her
own into the Sonic doll she had, causing Sonic to writhe in pain
on the ground.
When Pin assessed her other dolls though, the cats eyes narrowed
lightly. "[shadow=Crimson,right]... May I have those two? The
tiger and brat dolls? I hate to steal you of the sweet sentence,
but I believe they are needed. You may stab the brat a few times
though first if you wish[/shadow]" She would say softly, holding
a hand out, waiting for Pin to hand over the dolls.

Caroline may have just realized she had unleashed a force beyond
her control, as Pin pulled away giving a violent glare. "Nobody
is to touch my creations expect for me. You've given your order
and I shall grant your wish. All of them will die." Pin's
violent glare turned deadly as she called forth a tribal totem
from the ground. A giant made of rotted wood covered in tribal
markings rises up picking up it's newly resurrected master. "So
the ruins of New Mobotropolis will be the battleground for this
glorious encounter. Those foolish enough to stand against me
will make this haunting ground their tomb. She said as her
minion let out a deathly how as if calling for Caroline's foes
to challenge her.

"[shadow=Crimson,right]You misunderstand...[/shadow]" Caroline
would mutter as Pin would find it suddenly hard to breath, as if
an invisible metal rope had bound itself around her neck and was
now forcing the air out of her, crushing her airways. The cats
eyes glowed a hateful red, her fingers curling,
"[shadow=Crimson,right]You WILL give me the dolls, as I went and
retrieved them for you and kept them safe all these years. I am
no longer asking you for them. I am telling you. Hand over the
dolls before I take them myself[/shadow]" She hissed, Pin's
rotted wood monster didn't hinder Caroline in the slightest, as
she simply rose up off of the ground, and stood on top of it
with ease alongside the resurrected hedgehog.
"[shadow=Crimson,right]Now. Don't make me say it again. I
brought you back to life I can just as easily send you straight
back for being so ungreatful[/shadow]"

Pin ended up complying due to the complications of her contract.
All three people at this party were at odds and Sonic was caught
at the center of it all. Sonic used to be in control of his
life, Caroline and Sapphire had showed up to take that away from
him. The battered blue blur stood smiling as he cracked his
fingers looking to Pin and her commander. "Tell me this.....if
you've got all this power...why haven't you done whatever it is
you're after yet? I didn't ask for you to come into my life.
Sapphire at least has the courtesy to not mess my life up like
you have. If you're who I think you are then I hold all the
power in this situation. Karahl and I haven't conceived you yet.
Or even Sapphire for that matter. A little birth control and
you're no longer our problem. You have nothing to threaten me
with. Cause if I'm adding this up right I get to decide weather
you exist or not. Be smart call off Pin and stand down. I'll
give you one chance to talk this out with me, your mother and
your sister." Sonic said impatiently tapping his foot waiting
for an answer.

cannot do.. Yet..[/shaow]" Caroline looked slightly annoyed as
Sonic got to his feet, she scoffed at his threats and comments
of birth control and erasing her from existence, a smile curved
onto her lips, "[shadow=Crimson,right]You'd do that to Poor
Karahl would you?[/shadow]" She asked him, tilting her her
before pressing a finger to her lips in thought for a moment,
"[shadow=Crimson,right]I wonder what she would say if she heard
such a thing, do you not care for what she wishes to one day
have?[/shadow]"
The cat snickered at the last part, slipping the two dolls from
Pin into pockets on her coat.
"[shadow=Crimson,right]Talk it out with you and them? You really
think either of them are stupid enough to follow you out here?
Sapphire knows what the consequences are for doing such and
Karahl is too clever to come out into such an open and dangerous
space that she isn't familiar with. They tried to stop you, to
save you..[/shadow]" She paused for a moment, the now memory of
Sonic back in the bunker and being stopped and begged to not
leave by Sapphire and the others could be softly seen on her
eyes, as if she was reading his memory of it.
"[shadow=Crimson,right]... And you didn't listen...[/shadow]"
She looked aside before standing up straight and bowing lightly,
"[shadow=Crimson,right]I have plenty to threaten you with,
especially if they come out here like you seem to think they
will, you on the other hand have nothing but empty threats and a
team you blame and don't get along well with. Good luck getting
your life back. I'll leave you in Pin's capable hands[/shadow]"
She would pause, taking the dolls of Sapphire and Karahl out of
her jacket and showing them off to Sonic
"[shadow=Crimson,right]You can't protect them forever~[/shadow]"
She taunted before she disappeared with a laugh and a bubble
pop.
