A Thorn Among Claws (Ty and maybe Blaze only)

It was around midday when Karhal had settled down in a seat
outside a cafe. She was leisurely sipping tea with her younger
sister, whom, wa ssitting opposite her with a broad grin on her
face. The younger sister rambling on at a rapid pace, going
through a whole list of topics within mere minutes. All the
while, Karahl had a serene look to her as she sipped the tea,
nodding on occasion as she hung off of her sister's every word.

Ty.....more or less needed sometime to himself, everything led
up to this point has became a rollercoaster for him. This
brainwashing madness started by Eggman, nightmares reflecting on
said subject, depression, a brief moment of happiness and now
recently his friendship with Sonic has been broken. A common
sane man would have already lost his mind by now and yet Ty's
mental health hasnt deteriorated in the slightest.....or has it?
Its hard to tell underneath that "emotionless" face he conjured
up to let people know he was fine and dandy and this even has a
working effect towards his friends and family.
Strolling by the sidewalk not minding the onlookers catching a
glance at him or two, it was then something caught his eye
followed by a wave of hesitation locking him into place forcing
him to remain still. Two figures sitting at a cafe having a
beverage like it was a normal day for them. One of them in
particular has mentally gave him mixed emotions, the other
one?.......Probably just another clan member.
".........." thinking about the anger of Sonic and thinking
about the stunt he did 2 weeks ago...he didnt dare to approach
them, he couldnt! He wanted to walk away but he couldnt do that
either.
He stood a mix between close and yet far at the same time, all
he could do was stare and try to picture a scene of Karahl just
living her life in happiness, just roaming about doing what
normal people commonly do. He also tried to pick up on the
phrases the other tiger was rambling about....but he heard
nothing.

Ty didn't have to wait long for much to happen as he brother
came speeding down the street before coming to a sudden stop
behind him before slamming into him. He had just got back from
some bounty hunting business with Veira before heading to a cafe
to drink. " Yo Ty what's up? Having seen you around in a bit.
Like you drop off the grid or something. " Blaze replied as he
walked in front of his brother with his hands behind his head.
He then looked to Ty as if he seen a ghost and tilted his head.
"Hey you okay what you looking at?" he asked as he turned to the
direction his brother was facing.
And there she was...his teacher who Blaze hasn't seen in some
time as well. He was unaware of anything that happened weeks ago
so he found it a little odd to see karahl so....casual. And who
was that with her? A friend? Realtive maybe? Or another snow
claw member? At any rate they were here and the girls were at
the cafe, perfect timing.
" Hey isn't that Kara? Let's go get a drink and say hi. I'll pay
for it. " Blaze replied as he pushed his brother along seeing as
he wasn't going to move himself.

"!!" he was escorted to the table and stayed slient keeping his
poker face to try and hide suspicion, a tiny sweatdrop was
necessary to mentally reveal just how nervous he was to approach
Karahl.
This is very unusual for a master and student, normally he would
have no problems at all to having a friendly chat with her,
however given his recent actions although with noble intention
to free her from Eggman's control was probably the worst mistake
he could have made in his life next to causing the deaths of
millions. His bond with Sonic is may or may not be forever
broken, his anger at Ty being justified.
With Karahl though he is uncertain, will she forgive him or will
she also be upset with her student?

Karahl was the first to notice the new arrivals. She looked to
them when they arrived at their table before saying a simple,
"Hello." before returning to sipping her tea. The tiger had an
unreadable expression on her face, as did her voice.
The younger, shorter and stouter sister's eyes, however, lit up
along with a broad grin as she lunched at the two excitedly;
getting between the brothers and each giving them a one-armed
hug. It probably felt like being locked into a tight vice grip
for the few seconds it lasted for.
Vallerah then whirled around to stand in front of them, taking
each of their hands in her on and shook them excitedly, probably
to the point where their bodies also shook along with them.
"Hey-there-I'm-Vallerah-Karrie's-sister-Karrie-has-told-me-all-a
bout-the-two-of-you-oh-this-is-just-so-exciting-I-have-never-bee
n-this-excited-in-all-my-life-well-there-was-one-time-when-I-mad
e-weapons-for-our-grand-master-he-was-so-thrilled-you-could-almo
st-see-him-smile!"
she introduced in a single breath before she took a moment to
inhale deeply. Vallerah took a moment to step back and take a
better look at them. Meanwhile Karahl was still sitting at the
table in front of them, sipping her tea as she let her sister do
all the talking.
"Sooo twins huh? Who is the evil one?" she joked before adding,
"You look so different from each other! And have opposite powers
too! I thought all twins looked identical? Anywho, we have never
ever, ever, ever had an outsider be inducted into our clan
before. You two are the first to be trained by a Snow-Claw in
centuries! That's pretty neat! So, Blaze and Ty, tell me more
about yourselves? Why did you choose to join us?"

Ty had no words to describle this younger tigress, she smells
just like her sister confirming their relation and yet she is so
different from her older counterpart...this one is quite the
chatter box the competely opposite of the quiet nature from the
other one.
"Wha....."was all he could come up with.

Vallerah looked to Ty before giggling, "What? Cat got your

This girl distracted him so much he forget to give Karahl a
greeting, "No.....its just im surprised she talks about us
alot..." his expression remained stoic but his eyes tell
otherwise.

Vallerah raised a brow before she leaned onto the table with an
arm. She made a dismissive noise before adding, "Well duuh of
course she does! She's your sensei and has been a lot of crap
over the years with you, of course she cares a great deal about
you two. In case ya didn't realize as Snow-Claws we watch out
for each other like a family and will do anything to protect
each other 'cause well, we only have each other. Like, we're not
all related, but you don't need to be biologically related to be
family right Hug-A-Butt?"

Ty nodded "thats right.." he has a flashback of the freedom
fighters and one by one they were all of the people he loves and
cherishes, sure he has a mom and dad and they could never be
replaced but these guys managed to fill in the void regarding
those he lost.
"If you want to know more about me, I wont bore you with any
details, but to summerize im just a miltary man who didnt like
the rules and bailed without permission" he was cryptic as he
could not wanting to get too personal.
