Sabine rolled her eyes as the hedgehogs seemed the rules of this
place. Rules? Come on, it was an illegal fighting ring.
"She's right, as long as you don't kill your opponent anything
goes," she told the green hedgehog, "and, in my opinion, you
don't need anything else. Look at this, here we see mobians at
their core, here we pit our skills against each other, here...
here we're truly alive." As she spoke she gestured towards the
ring and the crowd. She loved this place.
She then returned her attention to the green hedgehog rather
than just gaze into the ring. "But i am getting ahead of myself,
my name is Sabine. Nice to meet you."

Shadow finally made eye contact with the newcomer approaching
him about some tissue for a clogged up nose or something, the
heck is he on about? he raised an eyebrow and sighs, "I'm
getting a hot dog" he used his speed to snatch himself a chili
dog and came right back in a split second holding his food and
sipping on some soda.

A few moments later Sonic awoke in Amy's arms feeling dazed. As
his blurry vision came into focus he went to drift off again
stating. "Go away Amy I'm not in the mood." With the sudden
realization of what was going on Sonic jumped to his feet
standing straight. "A staduim of screaming fans! I don't
remember being awarded another medal. Oh right! Ladies and
gentlemen the victor Miss Amy Rose. Let's give it up for this
pink wonder again." As the crowd went crazy cheering the pink
hedgehog's name Sonic used his hand to cover the microphone
whispering to Amy. "Amy if I find out you planted that spring in
my booth and tampered with the list so help me I'll....." Sonic
gave pause while pouting. "Look one day we have to do the nasty
and you are making our daughter's continued existence very
hard." He said before crossing his arms.
Still standing beside Amy he lowered his headset so his voice
could be heard once more. "Okay because SOMEBODY!" He shouted
staring at Amy. "Has messed with my roster I'll now be taking
surprise combatants from the audience. The first two people from
the stands to volunteer will be in the next round. Do I have any
takers? Who among you is man enough to show what you've got to
the entire city." While waiting for contestants to come forward
Sonic pulled off his headset and again spoke to Amy. "You're
lucky I went easy on you." He said seemingly having his pride
hurt a little.

Once again Sabine joined the crowd as they applauded Amy's
victory then when Sonic said that he was taking surprise
combatants from the audience she didn't have to think about what
to do.
"Oh, this is going to be good," She chuckled and rushed forward
towards the railing, leaping into the arena. She landed, cracked
her knuckles, rolled her shoulders and then positioned herself
in the middle of the area, eager to see if there were any
additional takers.
"Alright, is there anyone else?!" she yelled out to the crowd.

Amy pout lightly at Sonic's dazed talk before signing with
relief lightly as he got to his feet on his own, she would get
up onto her feet beside him.
The pink hedgehog smiled and blushed lightly at the applause and
the crowd calling out her name, opening her mouth to thank them
politely before being cut off by Sonic speaking to her one on
one.
She looked at the blue hedgehog and frowned "[sub]I was just as
surprised as you where, why would I trap you into fighting with
me? I only wanted hit you after your cupcake comment" She'd
whisper back, placing her hands on her hips. Her frown quickly
became... Stunned. "... What?" She couldn't hold back her face
going a cherry red soon enough though, she'd let out a few huffs
before approaching Sonic back, "[sub]OUR daughter?[/sub]" She
questioned, raising an eyebrow.
She'd stand back and allow him to announce about the new way of
choosing the next contestants, sticking her tongue out at him
for a second when he accused her again of changing his list.
"You're lucky I didn't make a pancake out of you" Amy said back,
before huffing gently, "[sub]Care to explain this whole
'daughter' thing? Because I'm pretty sure we haven't... Last I
checked I wasn't pregnant okay, are you feeling okay? Too many
chilidogs?[sub]"

Sapphire would nod, giving off a light laugh to Ashura's comment
in regards to the rules, "Too true!". She'd shake Ashura's hand
when he accepted the handshake before glancing over to Sonic,
"Looks like Trule Blue just answered that one for you Ashura,
next two to volunteer are in" She'd put a hand on one hip and
the other hand would go to her chin.
"Aww, you didn't get me one?" She'd say to Shadow in regards to
the hot dog, "If you reckon you're so good-" She'd nudge Shadow
again, looking up at him in a side look, "Then you should have
no problem in beating anyone who also volunteers he? It'd be
easy and for charity" Sapphire out on a grin that resembled one
like Sonic's cocky one "Or yanno, Sonic's also up there, why not
ask to dance with him again"

He devoured his food via three big bites, tossing the last piece
into his mouth, licking the chili off his gloves. "If you
insist" he gave his soda to Sapphire before vanishing and
reappearing unto the stadium with his arms crossed. Something
about that mini hedgehog made him feel a strange way regarding
her personality.
He didn't speak a single word and merely just being a stoic
statue as to be expected of him, he certainly does look
unenthusiastic if his drooping eyelids aren't any indication.
Its possible because Sonic lost in the first round he wouldn't
get a chance to spar against his heroic blue double. Perhaps a
decent battle with an upcoming opponent would change his mind?

The hedgehog gave an applaud one more to the victory of Ms. Roe
when it came down that the next match is a volunteer one he was
beginning to think who would patch duel out with each other
next. He saw Shadow disappearing out in the open and into the
field, awaiting for the second one. Soul thought to himself
since he wasn't able to participate in the previous ones, why
waste this opportunity. "Wish me luck guys" he'd give a thumbs
up to Sapph and the others before thrusting off from the
bleachers and landing in the arena...face to face with the shady
hedgehog.
"'ll take ya on if that's okay..." he said to Shadow crossing
his arms together. "Let's not make this match quick m'kay Shad?"
Of course while they were at Eggman's base he already knew what
the hedgehog was capable of...stopping time, teleporting, super
speed and chaos energy power, but that didn't stop him from
challenging this hedgehog.

Ashura made an excited gasp when the mysterious dark hedgehog
suddenly had food. "You can conjure food from thin air? Wowie,
thats pretty neat! You'll never starve like that--" Ashura's
sentence was cut short when the other hedgehog simply
disappeared and turned up in the arena. The jeopardy theme
started to play from Ashura once again as he spaced out for a
second. "Oh. So he teleports... Thats okay too. Not as cool...
But it works." Ashura shrugged as he stroked his chin, watching
several people get to the arena. "Hmm..."
The strange green hedgehog looked over to Sapphire with a
mischievous grin on his face. "I have an idea~ Oooo, this'll be
good~!" With that, Ashura also made his way to the arena, bowing
slightly to the others that opted in. He turned to face the
announcer; a blue hedgehog that had been part of the opening
match. "Excuse me, would a team battle or free for all be
something that we can do?"

Sonic placed his hand behind his head scratching his spines.
"Yeah that cupcake comment was a little out of line but I mean
can you blame me? I think it came out like that because you hit
me so hard my brain started to short circuit." This was Sonic's
way of apologizing without having to apologize. For a moment
Sonic took Amy aside taking her by the hand leading her into the
entrance way. "You've got to be kidding me she hasn't told
you..." For a moment Sonic thought to himself as he looked at
the puzzled expression upon Amy's face. "Why wouldn't she tell
Amy. I mean surely she'd want time with her mother too
unless....I'm the good parent. Well what do you know Lil Sapp
didn't think Amy was important enough to tell. You know it's odd
because trying to convince me she was from the future was the
first thing she did after meeting me. I guess it's not my place
to tell Amy then." After finishing his thought he thought up a
convincing lie. In the split second he had while Amy blinked
Sonic sped off wrote an entire screenplay and then dashed back
before she even opened her eyes.
"Ohh all that stuff about a daughter and laying off the cupcakes
are just lines from the upcoming movie I'm going to be starring
in. Seeing as you play a major part in this movie I thought
reading the lines out loud near an audience would help with our
on screen chemistry. See the script here has parts where we
fight get married and even have a kid. See?" Sonic asked placing
the script in Amy's hands flipping it to the page with the lines
he had just told her about. "I haven't asked you to be in the
movie yet but.....well who doesn't want to be a movie star
right?" He asked giving a fake laugh before breathing a sigh of
relief. "Way to dodge the ol bullet Sonic." He told himself
suddenly forgetting he had a fight to host.
