Back to Dock 32

Going to this place brought back some memories, he remembered
there were various traps set up within the warehouse such as a
swinging axe, fire, arrows, etc. Those Songbird ninja's are
formidable indeed but that was the past. The building itself
however its in a state of abandoment and decay, no one has
bother to fix the place for a whole year, perhaps they can use
it as thier official headquarters.
The muscular canine stood there with his arms folded expecting
the other's to arrive soon. "Man...this place is a dump.." he
muttered.

The hedgehog took a deep breath as he arrived back at the docks,
it sure was something though. He remembered that this was the
place where he first encountered those Songbird Ninjas as well
as the Freedom fighters. By looking at it's exterior he felt as
if te events that happened back then, just played through the
back of his head. "Yeah I'll say...Hehehe...I mean we were the
ones who crashed this place too" he said to Ty.

While following them down to the docks, Sabine took out her
walkie-talkie and fixed it to her commander's frequency.
"Sir, i might need you to come down to the harbor," she
muttered, "there is gathering you might want to attend."
"Who is the organizers?" James asked on the other end, "and
where is it?"
"The freedom fighters are organizing a meeting, down at the
harbor, i don't know where though."
"Understood, i am on my way, standby," James sighed and
terminated the connection.
Sabine nodded and continued to follow the freedom fighters,
James would track her down in time. Indeed, by the time she
reached the warehouse, he was right behind her.
"You said you've been here before," she trailed and looked at
the rundown building, "was it also like this when you found it?"

The hedgehog looked back at Sabine "Yeah--This is where I first
encountered Ty and the others and umm--No let's just say it used
to be filled with ninjas, fires, buzzsaws and other traps and
things got a little crazy during that" he said rubbing the back
of his head.

It hadn't taken Blaze long to arrive at the docks with his
present company which consisted of Sonic and Maria. He figured
Sonic perhaps beat them him seeing as he's not one for walking
around much ( i assume). At any rate when they arrived, Blaze
took a moment to take in the scenery. This is where he first
added kara in tracking down the songbirds...they're little
warehouse of terror. Filled with traps and ninjas ready to take
Blaze and the others in the name of their goddess....Priuella.
To be honest this place brought up bad memories. Holding his
hand for a short while, he could feel the scars resurfacing.
Shaking his head a bit, he took a deep breath and walked inside.
A few had made it in already it seems. Taking a glance around,
the inside looked far worse than outside. " Yikes this place
seriously needs a new paint job..." he stated as he rubbed his
chin looking at the old worn down traps.

Shadow and his student emerged from the warping blue light
behind the group just in time for the meeting. It looks like
they were early based on the number of attendants present among
the old worn down warehouse, is everyone else running late?
"We're here.." he observed his surroundings. He crossed his arms
as usual and doing nothing else except standing there and being
be a poser. Its not like he had a cell phone to entertain
himself so what can you do.

Kate just arrived to the docks, seeing the others there and got
a bit nervous. She didn't know how they were gonna react to her
being there, so she kinda stayed back a bit, noticing a peculiar
black hedgehog she has never seen before in the back. The
red-orange hedgehog glances over at him curiously, wanting to
approach him but hesitating since the hedgehog seemed slightly
unapproachable in an intimidating sort of way...

Mallow made sure he grabbed his things before they teleported to
the docks. Once there, he gave the place a once over before
grimacing. "This place could use a healthy dose of lemon pledge,
and a bit of odoban." He said, raising a hand to his nose. He
shook his head and then smiled at Shadow, inclining his head.
"Come on! Let's see if anyone else is here." he said and started
to wander a bit aways, listening intently for any inclination of
another presence there.

After Veira's ritual with Val, she had look at her comlink for a
good minute as she stood at the docks entrance for a minute
before looking around a bit. So this was the meeting place in
question. An odd choice but who was she to judge. She dig in her
pocket and looked at her emerald as she pulled it out for a few
moments. Looking at it, she noticed the shine from it died a
little. That was quite odd but seeing as the emerald looked fine
she figured it was an issue.
With a sigh, she put it back and headed inside. Looking around,
she started to remember where this place was. " This place
certainly takes me back. " Veira stated as she looked around
some more. Once deep inside she started to hear others voices.
Taking a stand by a nearby wall, she too ended up folding her
arms like shadow and simply waited on this meeting to get
underway.

The walls of the derelict shed shook as Sonic stormed past. His
sneakers skidded against the ground as he headed into the wide
open area seeing the crew and a few new faces awaiting him.
Having just dealt with The Flame Empress alongside Blaze Sonic
had a new threat to inform the city of. He zipped around pulling
together a few creates into a makeshift table. He unfurled a map
across the new surface marking three points with a marker. He
looked up at the group not expecting a turn out this big. He
cleared his throat and addressed those who had gathered here.
"Woah this is quite to turn out I wasn't expecting so many
people." His expression turned serious as his voice boomed
reaching every corner of the warehouse. "There are those of you
under this roof who are true Freedom Fighters and there are
those seeking to join the Freedom Fighters in their glory. Well
then! LISTEN UP!" Sonic belted out excited slamming his fist
down upon the table with a loud thud to gain their attention.
"The reputation of Team Sonic echoes far and wide. It's leader a
unrivaled speed demon and mighty hero. I've had the honor of
fighting alongside many of you on the field of battle. There
have been our brothers who have fallen to the clutches of evil
but we carry them with as we push forward carving our own path
to peace. Team Sonic is a group made of only the best so I don't
want you half-assing it out there and making me look bad. I'll
accept only the best but remember those of you who have already
been approved. You are the method to achieving victory the ones
who made all my big talk more than words. Many of you have faced
danger head on without backing down as you protected this city
and I respect that."
Sonic paced back and forth before pulling out three pictures
tossing them to the floor for the others to see. "These are our
enemies. The green one is my Doppler extremely powerful and ever
more dangerous. I mean he's an evil me so we've got our work cut
out for us. He's currently located in the heart of the city
ruling over it with intimidation and fear. The cat is a new
threat. Blaze and I faced her earlier today. She's scary and
cruel as they come. Has the ability to manipulate fire we don't
know much else about her aside from that. This dame just showed
up outta nowhere." Sonic's eyes moved to the final picture
shaking his head. "That final one, calls himself Eggman. He's
the one whose brought the mass destruction to our fair city.
She's already captured more than half the chaos emeralds. We
can't let the remaining few fall into his hands. He's a cunning
strategist and seems to favor tactics similar to Ol Robuttnik.
Nobody here is to face him alone is that clear? He's already
destroyed our homes I won't have him turning you all into smears
like he did everything else. If I catch you standing face to
face with him alone. You'll know it."
The blue hero let out a light whistle then ran his hands through
his spines. "I'd love to stay and train the newcomers who have
showed up but I'm sure you've all seen the broadcast. I've been
challenged to a race by the big lard ass himself. Thinks he's
finally built a machines that can match me. He's threaded to
level the entire area unless I comply so I'm going to race him.
Let's face it. I'd show up anyway just to prove him how wrong he
is. Faster than me? Dude must be all kinds of crazy. So while
I'm gone Blaze & Ty are in charge. Follow their orders exactly
they have more experience defending this city than all of you
put together. Also one final thing. I can sense the energy as a
few of them are gathered here. I'll need at least one chaos
emerald before heading off. So which one of you can help me
out."
