       Powers and Abilities:
       Riot Buster: Firing a large wave like shot, all it passes over
       are stunned for five minutes at the least.
       Riot Buster Charged: When charged the Riot Buster covers Riot
       Man in a near impenetrable shield that lasts five minutes.
       Weapons and Inventory:
       Riot Buster: An energy based weapon that fires Stun Shots
       Buzz Blaster: And upgrade from Eggman that allows Riot Man to
       fire the same projectile as Buzz Bombers in rapid succsession.
       Biography:
       Riot Man was a simple robot back in his dimension.  Being a riot
       officer, and helping those in need. It was wonderful.  That
       changed when he was captured and reprogrammed by the Sinister
       Dr. Wily. He was used to do battle against megaman, and upon his
       defeat he was repaired by wily and put away in stasis. He stayed
       in stasis for who knows how long, only to suddenly be sent as a
       gift to Dr Eggman as per his request for something new design
       wise to Inspire him.  With Dr. Wily and Dr. Eggman being rather
       good friends and having about hte same goals, Riot Man stood in
       as a general for Eggman during the take over of Eggman's own
       dimension.  Now he has been called in to the Death Egg Mk2 to
       serve under Eggman once more.
