The Void

After being knocked into the mystical portal by Scourge, Sonic
found himself in a strange and alien realm. The entire plane of
existence was composed of crystals. The towering gemstones
littered the land as far as the eye could see. Sonic beaten and
worn after his fight with Scourge was tired. His sneakers
stepped across the new world as it seemingly stretched out
forever. This was terrible Scourge was free to wreak havoc upon
Mobius and unknown to Sonic Eggman had returned to claim his
world. The blue hero started to wander looking for something
anything. "Hello!? Anybody here? Anyone....at all." Sonic's
relaxed voice cried out in vein as nobody would answer. "Ugh!
Being trapped here is a bummer. With any luck I'll end up half
as crazy as Nagus if I stay here."
He told himself shaking his head taking a seat on a nearby rock.
With the portal to the void closes Sonic was stuck and was going
to be here for a long time. Nobody aside from Scourge even knew
he was here so rescue was unlikely. It wasn't long before Sonic
would encounter a forgotten figure from his past. A vile and
violent voice rung out over the entire realm welcoming Sonic to
it's domain. It uttered a single word only caked in hatred and
malice. [shadow=red,left]"HEDGEHOG!" [/shadow]
