Bio: A black hedgehog who is the spitting image of Sonic,
rivaling his speed, agility and physical prowess. He is also the
polar opposite in every way regarding his attitude and
ambitions; nonetheless he is sharp witted with a strong sense of
justice doing his best to protect the inhabitants of Mobius by
any means necessary.
Appearance: Shadow is a black hedgehog with red stripes on his
quills, right above his eyes, arms and legs. He has red eyes and
white fur on his chest, and his muzzle is tan. He has six quills
on his head, four of which point upwards, and two that point
down, and he has two spines on his back and a small tail. For
attire, Shadow wears white gloves with red and black cuffs and
Hover Shoes which, like his gloves, have red and black cuffs
too. On each of his wrists and ankles he wears a gold ring.
Personality: Shadow is arrogant, determined, and somewhat cold.
He often comes off as blunt and uncaring and does not take
kindly to outside interference, preferring to believe himself
capable of handling most things on his own. He lacks many of
Sonic's inhibitions, being perfectly willing to eliminate a foe
rather than merely subduing them, and he often believes that the
ends justify the means. Because of this, he is often very
destructive in battle. Still, he does have a personal sense of
honor, enough to leave the resistance in peace on some occasions
mostly tending to his own business and affairs. At times he has
behaved with almost a mercenary attitude, joining forces with
others only to further his own goals, but in the end he usually
ends up picking the side of moral right. When Shadow has a goal,
he sticks to it with grim determination and intense focus, not
resting until it is fulfilled. He has high expectations for
himself, and takes personal failure especially hard. He has
little patience for silly behavior. While others often tease him
about his seemingly brooding attitude, he is capable of showing
compassion for others.
Powers and Abilities: Shadow is regarded as one of the most
talented mobians to ever tread upon the planet, capable of
matching the fastest thing alive in all aspect of his life He
is also gifted with the power of the chaos emeralds enabling him
to use it offensively in combat. The abilities down below are
listed as followed.
Air Shoes: A personal mode of transportation, these special
shoes bestowed upon Shadow's feet allowing him to move at
extreme speeds rivaling those of Sonic.
Chaos Spear: an arrow shaped projectile created from raw chaos
energy,
Spin Dash/Chaos Dash: Like many hedgehogs Shadow can curl into a
ball to protect himself from danger. Instead of speeding toward
his targets, he travels through time and space, striking foes
with a spin attack, he can perform the standard spin dash.
Homing Attack/Warp Attack: this technique allows Shadow to lock
on into enemies utilizing teleportoation and strike from the
air, he can perform the standard homing attack.
Chaos Control: Shadow's signature move, he can utilize the
energy of the chaos emeralds to alter the flow of time and space
at his command. He can also teleport to any location he desires.
Its duration often last between 5-10 seconds.
Chaos Blast: Shadow can discharge a vast amount of red chaos
energy from his body, the technique takes on the form of an
expanding energy dome that can destroy anything in its path in a
twenty yard radius.
Weaknesses: while Shadow is designed to be immortal, he is
subsequent to be killed by other means, such as drowning,
getting inpaled, etc, he can also be very reckless jumping into
situations without thinking it through, lastly he possess a one
track mind, determined to finish a goal at all cost. The rest of
his weaknesses are listed below.
