Time Twisted: Welcome back..Sapphire?

Tony leading his team on the path of searching for thier iconic
blue blur and chaos knows how many hours has it been since the
pincushion left the bar without going through proper medical
treatment. Not a single word was spoken through his filter; so
many thoughts ran through his mind like an old factory kicking
into overdrive. Eggman escaping from thier grasp for him to plan
is next course of action wasnt surprising in the slightest; if
his predecesser Robotnik has a foolproof get away plan then so
does this equally crafty scientist.
Scourge sudden reappearance casuing trouble once again for
everyone was certainly unexpected; he is still struggling to
find an explanation regarding his ability to be brought back
from the dead; was his body discovered by someone?
There was the dissappearance of Sapphire and Robin..how and why
have they vanished? Did they returned back to the future? Was
history being messed with casuing them to fade out of existance?
But that cant be right Sonic was still around alive and kicking
so what in the name of mobious just happened? He hopes they can
come back to the past somehow..he misses the dynamic duo so much
despite him and Robin were aquaintances for a short time.
Especially Sapphire..she may be one of the few people who
unknowingly caused the old veteran to retain his belief of
protecting Mobius knowing there are still innocent souls left in
this warzone of a planet.
Then there was Karahl..his master..a cannialistic ninja who
managed to change her ways after forging a bond with her
students and formed a sort of on and off romantic relationship
with Sonic.
Tony's own interactions with her was quite interesting; he would
often try to maintain a professional business-like attitude with
the tigress and yet recently he is starting to feel all sorts of
emotions whenever he is around her. Its hard to describe what
these feelings are but in her presence certain key words
instantly come to mind. A surrogate mother, older sister, a
friend, and even a love interest. Its strange isnt it; a mobain
of her calibur can fit in so easily with all of these
catagories.
Perhaps maybe once Eggman is either behind bars or is crying in
defeat in the afterlife..its time to finally settle down with
someone.
He has been walking in the middle of nowhere relying on his
wrist communicator and basic wolf instincts to track thier
friend down..if anyone could smell like sweaty gym socks and
chili dogs its Sonic.

A short distance ahead to the side of the path was a clump of
trees, tightly bunched together aside from one, which sat right
next to the path and had limbs branching out over the top of the
path.
Although not the sweaty gym socks and chilidog smelling blue
hedgehog, Sonic that Tony was after, there was for sure a blue
hedgehog sitting on the branch that hung firmly above the path
Tony was currently walking on.
She was rather small in size, although a bit bigger to the size
of Sapphire when Tony had first met her, then again, Sapphire
had grown since then.
She swung her legs down lazily from the branch, her boots high
up on her legs, spot he same colours and patterns as Tony might
of remembered them, her one piece was also the same, everything
was except some small notes. For starters she had her hair up in
a ponytail, although she did let it out as a breeze blew past,
closing her eyes, that was the second/third thing, her eyes
where slightly bluer, but would Tony pick this up? It'd been
such a time since he'd gotten a good look at Sapphire. Along
with the slight difference in colour she had a single thin scar
going down her right eye it started from the top of her eyebrow
and went down all the way to the midpoint of that sides cheek.
She looked ahead, looking a little blank and emotionless,
watching some leaves roll by on the path. A different attitude
to Sapphire's usual optimistic one, maybe something had gone
wrong....

Spotting something blue up ahead he snapped out of his
daydreaming faze to focus on the task at hand. Was that Sonic?
if its indeed the hero of mobius its weird for him to remain
stationary for so long..that guy was always on the move
following the wind where ever it takes him; but he had to make
sure it wasnt just a random stranger who happens to be blue.
Wait?..the only two people he knows are blue would be Sonic and
Sapphire...so did she came back as well? he had to be sure.
Wanting to get a closer look he approaches the mystery mobian
revealing herself to be Sapphire in the flesh to his shock and
joy hidden behind his mask displaying his cool demeanor. "I hope
my mask isnt malfunctioning but is that Sapphire!?..guess
miracles happen after all...wonder how did she get back here to
the past..errm present"
There was a genuine smile in there nonetheless; of course he
didnt want to embarrass himself in front of his team by giving
her a loving hug. that and the fact she looks kinda....gloomy;
he hasnt spotted Robin around here yet..so did something bad
happened to him?
"Yo kid!..you look kinda down in the dumps...you alright?" he
approaches her causually with his hands in his pockets.

Blaze walked at a steady pace with his brother for some time as
his hands were resting behind his head. With in a small amount
of time, a lot has happened. Most of it being bad than good. It
made a person wonder just how much could they take before giving
in to letting things go and run their course. Blaze wasn't one
for doing such things but he started to feel that way. The only
thing keeping him going was his friend's and brother. With them,
he could keep a smile on his face and his heart filled with
determination.
It wsn't long though before he almost bumped into his brother as
they made a sudden stop out of nowhere. Blaze looked past and
looked up at the blue hedgehog sitting in a tree. No way that
was Sonic, that guy couldn't sit still even if you paid him
chili dogs. So who was it then? Getting a closer look, it
appeared to be Sapphire. Well that was a relief..a familar face
was always a good sign. But Sapphire's expression on her face
made the hunter wonder a bit. Had something happen in the
future? Blaze sat back as Ty decided to try and talk with her
first.
Veira had been walking with Valentine close to her side
remaining quiet the entire time. Seeing Sapphire did put a smile
on her face but she looked at Sapphire closely and she could see
a few changes in her. Even though they ran into each other not
too long ago, Veira could still notice the changes. She tilted
her head slightly in thought.

At first she wouldn't respond. Her blue hair blowed about the
breeze and although it was rather on the chilly side today, she
didn't shiver, Sapphire's outfit wasn't made to beat the cold
either, it was made to withstand heat from speed.
Soon however she'd finally let out a sound! That sound came in
the form of a giggle, not any kind of giggle. Not a sweet or
cute one like one might expect her to give, no, this one was
cracked, twisted and broken.
The hedgehog dropped from the tree branch, hitting the path
beneath her with a soft thud. Pushing herself back up she still
didn't quite face them, still staring the same direction she had
been while in the branch.
Her giggle turned into what sounded like sobbing and finally
she'd move, placing her hands near her face, a wicked sharp
toothed grin spreading across her face, her pupils small and
eyes wide. "[glow=Mediumblue,2,300][sub][sub]They're all
gone...[/sub][/sub][/glow]" She'd whisper, her small body
shaking, getting worse and worse....
"[glow=mediumblue,2,300][sub]They're all gone....[/sub]Because
of ME![/glow]" She'd whip around, tears where streaming from her
eyes but she was smiling a smile too big for normal, soon enough
and her wicked giggling was back, she ran a finger over her scar
on her eye, which made her giggling worsen.
"[glow=mediumblue,2,300]They're all gone... Because I killed
them.. Eheh EHEH MHEHEHEH[/glow]" She'd look Tony directly where
his eyes would be behind his mask before doing the same to Blaze
and Veira, her look as cold as a certain someone here's ice.
She hadn't attacked them yet though. Maybe it was Sapphire?
Maybe she'd had a bad dream and thought it was real? Surly the
young one who never wanted harm to come to those who didn't
deserve it had t actually KILLED anyone, right?

....Were his ears also damaged or something? Did he seriously
just here Sapphire; the most pure and innocent girl he knew in
the entire world..one of two people to give him hope has claimed
to stain her hands with blood. He could not picture the words
Sapphire and killed together in the same sentence. He absolutly
refuses to believe a thing that comes out of her mouth.
"W-who...did you kill..S-Sapphire?" his head sung low..staring
down at the ground. His mind is still trying to seek an
explanation for this revelation...no way in hell this can be
true! Maybe this "Sapphire" existed as a result of a change in
history and the one they know vanished for good. Yeah thats it!
Theres no way this world of violence striped away her
innocence..it wasnt possible!
He removes his hat and mask to better connect with his
friend..maybe seeing his face could help her calm down..it
already disturbs him to watch her fall apart like this. he
stares at her with a mix between concern and in denial.

Both Blaze and Veira's expressions changed the moment Sapphire
jumped down from the tree and started to giggle in such a creepy
way. When she turned to face them, the expressions on her face
were unsettling. There was something wrong with this picture and
Blaze could tell right off the bat that something was wrong. How
could Sapphire take a life. She barely likes fighting to begin
with but the fact she said she killed someone...was just too
hard to believe even for Blaze.
Veira however remained focused on Sapphire. She had placed
herself in front of Valentine for protection. " I don't like
where this is going." she stated to nobody in particular.

When asked who did she kill, she'd jerk her head to the side
awkwardly, looking like she was trying to snap her own neck with
the twist, her gaze elsewhere even though she was looking right
at them. "[glow=mediumblue,2,300]....[/glow]" She'd watch Tony
remove his mask, revealing Ty underneath.
The hedgehog would take a minute, muttering something under her
breath too softly for the others to hear, her eyes although
scanning Ty over, kept jumping all over the place, she'd look at
everyone there at least once every fifteen seconds.
She seemed to calm down a bit, stopping the freaky demeanour and
wandering up to Ty with a little skip, she'd try and climb up on
him, pressing her boots into his stomach lightly, grabbing onto
his shoulders tightly with her hands, if he'd let her that is.
She'd then lean in with a normal smile, like Sapphire always
used to give, closing her eyes before softly saying,
"[glow=mediumblue,2,300]I killed... YOU[/glow]" She said with
content, her eye's slumping down into a look of hate. She'd
swing a hand off of Ty, she wasn't hurting him in anyway with
what she was doing, just hanging off him, she was too light to
tip him over. She pointed at Blaze giving off a happy smile, her
finger in the formation of a gun of sorts, she'd close one eye,
"[glow=mediumblue,2,300]And you~ I'll never forget the sound you
made as I crushed your skull~[/glow]" She grinned, looking back
to Ty, in response to Veira she gave a giggle along with
"[glow=mediumblue,2,300]Oh but I LOVE where this is going!...
With you here... It means I get to kill you AGAIN![/glow]" She'd
click her fingers, a hammer, larger than Sapphire's and fitted
with spikes on each flat end of the hammer as well at the bottom
of the handle, appeared in her grasp, if Ty hadn't moved her off
of him, she'd suddenly be getting a lot heavier. She raised the
hammer high, looking like she was going to try and strike Ty but
someone brown and fuzzy would leap from the side just before she
could make any contact, slamming into her hard enough for the
two to go rolling. The blue hedgehog would land on top and
wouldn't hesitate to slam the bottom of the handle and the spike
there into the chest of who had attempted to save Ty. Which
turned out to be none other then Robin, Sapphire's best friend.

Yep this was without a doubt not Sapphire. The way she moved and
sounded....just creeped Blaze out to no end. The way she talked
about killing them. not in this time but somewhere in the far
future.....who was this girl. Blaze was ready to draw his sword
as she continued to talk to Ty. Her eyes continued to san them
one at a time before she drew her hammer out of nowhere.
Speaking of the hammer, that wasn't Sapphire's hammer at all.
That thing was covered with spikes. This girl might have looked
like Sapphire but this was not their Sapphire.
Drawing his sword Blaze was just about to make a move when
someone else beat him to it by tackling the girl off of Ty.
When they both tumbled away from Ty, Blaze lowered his guard
slightly as he tried to look at the person. He seemed familar to
him. "Is that....Robin? Okay what is going on here.?" he asked
himself.
Veira gritted her teeth slightly at the girl who looked like
Sapphire. Markings from on her face as she too drew her sword.
Saying that she killed Veira was like triggering a bad memory in
her head. "That's not Sapphire..." she stated coldly as
lightning sparked around her.

Robin gave a gurgle of a sound as the hedgehog shoved the spike
on the bottom of her hammer's handle into his chest, being
pinned against the ground, he wasn't able to move from it very
well, all he could do was kick and squirm trying to get her off
of him. She'd push down harder but then look like she'd suffer a
sudden painful headache like someone was triggering her not to
finish the job.
She yanked her almighty hammer from Robin's body, blood dripping
from the tip of the handle spike as well as.. Sparks? 'Sapphire'
seemed to get excited at seeing both blood and swords be drawn,
a shiver running up her spine,
"[glow=mediumblue,2,300]Ooohohohoo! Pointy~[/glow]" She'd coo as
Robin struggled about on the ground behind her, bleeding and
sparking at the same time. He was no longer an AI, but at what
cost?
The hedgehog toyed with her hammer, carrying it about like it
was as light as a feather for her. She paced between Blaze and
Veira seeing that they where the ones who drew their swords ,
her eyes darting between the two.
"[glow=mediumblue,2,300]Sapphire? That runt is next to be killed
once I find her.. No I'm not Sapphire, I'm much.. MUCH
better![/glow]" She'd cackle, waving a hand over herself,
Sapphire's outfit would drop, fading away, in its place where
dark boots and a dress with red splatters over them here and
there. A neck collar clamped tightly around her neck with a red
glowing orb in the center, and wrist bangles the colour of
blood, her hair would go up in a similar bangle. "Where there's
Robin there's Sapphire... Where are you hiding her? Hand her
over to me and I'll spare you your lives..." She spat, making a
hissing noise as she passed by Robin, she was clearly out
numbered, but still believed she was the one with the upper
hand. She'd turn her attention back to Robin, picking him up
with one hand by the scruff of his neck, twisting her head
awkwardly "Where is she Robbie? Where's your pathetic little
friend? Where have you hidden her?".
Robin of course wouldn't tell her, his chest was bleeding badly,
but amoungst the blood was something... Electronic. After
getting no answer from him, Crystal would slam him back back
into the ground, he'd wince in pain and stop trying to get up,
but was still breathing as the rise and fall of his chest
suggested. His eyes wanted to close but he kept them on the
large figure of Ty and his brother Blaze, hoping either of them
was watching him as Crystal turned her back. Robin pulled
something off of his utility belt, and dropped his arm, whatever
it was, was still in his hand, glowing a gentle blue in colour.
Would they take it?
"Come out come out wherever you arrrrrrre Sapphire~! Crystal
wants to play! C'mon, before I splatter your best friend's big
brain across this lovely path."
