Stronger Than You!

Sonic's search came to a sudden stop spotting Scourge just over
the horizon. The green maniac had a large grin across his face
gnashing his sharp teeth. He was leaning against a large rock
enjoying seeing Sonic struggle while resting his hands in his
leather jacket. "It's a beautiful day outside. Vultures are
pecking flesh from bones the sun is beaming down hotter then
hell. On days like these heroes like you should be kissing my
boots." Scourge said before cracking his fingers drawing a line
in the sand with the tip of his foot. "Turn around Sonic it's be
a crime if I had to mess you up one last time. So don't step
over that line or else double you're gunna have a bad time."
Sonic pressed forward limping slowly raising his fist in an
attempt to punch his double. Scourge easily avoided the attack
flipping Sonic over his shoulder. "Figures guys like you are too
thick in general, and guys like me need the power of the chaos
emeralds." The green gangster stood over Sonic with a smug
smile. "Whats wrong Sonic is that all you got? Go ahead and try
to beat me if you're able. You're always saying I'm mentally
unstable. I can tell you're getting sick of all these trails but
I think you're just mad you couldn't run for miles."
Sonic stood up only to be knocked down by Scourge once again.
"You're not going to fix what Eggman and I created together. I'm
going to be ruling Mobius forever!" The blue blur finally unable
to get up rolled onto his back and let out a gasp.
"Everybody is already dead. What is left for you to rule over?"
Scourge gave light shrug before delivering a swift kick into
Sonic's side causing him to recoil in pain.
"It's not about ruling the world it's about beating you and
taking whats yours. I'm glad the egghead softened you up for me.
I hope you enjoyed your last look at the sun." Before long
Scourge pulled a small remote from his jacket and a swirling
purple vortex tore itself open with the push of a button. The
vortex to another realm was like a black hole sucking in
everything nearby. Scourge revved up his legs running against
the vacuum the portal created. Sonic unable to stand was pulled
into the portal as his attempts to grab onto the ground met with
little success. He screamed as he was sent into the swirling
vortex the last thing he heard was Scourge alerting him to just
where he was going. "Say Hi To Robotnik when you get there.
Enjoy your eternity in The Void sucker." He spat dropping the
remote stomping it causing the portal to close. Before long
Scourge took a deep satisfied breath with a look at the setting
sun. "I've done it.......I mean of course I've done it. Now I've
got a world to conquer perhaps I'll start by heading back to
that bar and killing all his little friends."
