       Skill type: Strategic Fighter
       Story: After the destruction of Mobotropolis by the hands of Dr
       "Eggman" Robotnik; Ty the Hedgewolf was forced to go into hiding
       and fake his own death to harber a new disguise in hopes of
       battling the demented scienteist when he least expect it.
       Appearance: He is sporting a 1930's detective clothing which
       consists of a tan colored trenchcoat with a matching fedara. His
       entire face is covered up with a navy blue militaristic spec ops
       recon mask with orange lenses that comes with night vision,
       infared, etc. Undereath his trenchcoat is a navy blue business
       tuxedo suit with matching shoes and gloves. His mask also come
       with a built in voice altering device just so he can trick
       everyone into thinking he is a different person.
       Skills and Weaknesses:
       Bladed Snap Cables: Hidden deep inside the sleeves of both his
       wrists is a sturdy black wire with a knife attached to both ends
       of the retractible cable. This tool has multiple uses such as
       his primary way of fighting, extracting info via interrogation,
       and can be used to as a method of transportation by swinging
       from building to building.
       Expert Hand to Hand Combatant: Due to his military training as
       well as recently aquired ninjustu from Karahl he can take on
       even the toughest of oppoents.
       G.U.N Gadgets/Grenades:  Ultilizing high tech military equipment
       he possess a number of grenades and gadgets to aid him in dire
       situations.
       Weakness: Because he is undercover he has to refraim from using
       his ice powers which results in a change in the way he
       strategies during battle making it much more difficult for
       himself.
       Mr Victor's voice sounds like Zer0 from Borderlands 2 due to the
       voice altering mechanism within his mask.
