Belle Pepper

Belle Pepper:

No bigger than 4'0" (with her boots on), this voluptuous
30-something simian maintains a biker fashion with a love for
bright, bold makeup.
Dark blonde fur lays smooth to the most of her body, with
fuzzier "peach" patches that reveals her skin about face, neck,
and belly.
Her hands, too, lack the thicker fur, but most of the time,
Belle is fashioning a set of gloves.
Her favourite colour is that of her eyes, a sea green, or a
turquoise as some people see it.
The curl of hair atop her head is naturally the same as her body
fur, but Belle prefers it bleached out and dyed with saturated
green.
Blood type: O-
Birthday: June 7th
Personality:
Sassy and quick-witted, Belle keeps her guards up about her.
This does not mean she's without compassion.
Belle is not the type to mess with other people, keeping to
herself, but she's certainly not a loner. She's social.
Her social scene involves bars, biker stops, and places where
she can meet a well-met match for her intelligence and skill.
She's awesome at billiards and darts, and has a great time
playing poker or dice games. She also likes talking about bike
modifications.
Flirty and fun describes her personality once she's warmed up to
the idea or personality of another, but sometimes it's all
tease.
If Belle wants something, she goes for it, working hard.
Belle's belief is nothing can be "taken." Everything must be
earned.
Belle is also superstitious, believing in lucky charms - the
bangles on her tail were once her mother's, and always have kept
Belle safe.
Belle may be seen polishing her bangles from time to time, and
act protective over them if people get too close / try touching
them.
Also for luck, charms or little mementos, even decals of lucky
symbols are displayed on her motorcycle.
Nothing much is known about Belle's past, and there is much to
learn through interacting with her. What she's not, though:

[li]Belle is not rich.[/li]
[li]Belle is not promiscuous [/li]
[li]Belle is not super-powered[/li]
[li]Belle is not out to be a hero[/li]

Powers & abilities:
*Drive - Belle is a biker, but handles other land-based vehicles
with expertise. Need a getaway driver? Belle's your gal.
Belle's ability to drive with precision and trick comes from her
father's background with special forces, which Belle admired
greatly.
From an early age, Belle learned how to master bicycles,
skateboards, skates, and then moved to motorised vehicles as a
teen.
Her determination did not come without failures. Belle has been
in many street accidents, but her luck has gotten her through
the worst.
While Belle has currently never flown or used a water-based
vehicle, she can be quick to learn and handle them given her
insight to vehicular physics.
*Luck - Belle's luck is uncanny, but she prefers not to test it.
While this is neither power nor skill, it's worth mentioning.
Belle's luck will help her get through situations that might
otherwise look hopeless. She might find an item worth using, or
take notice of something overlooked.
This, in no way will win her the lottery or make her dodge a
bullet at point blank, but it will come in handy when caught
between a rock and a hard place.
*Sure-shot - Belle carries small plasma firearms that can cause
damage if aimed properly, so she makes her aim count.
She is not the type to go into a fight and waste an energy
cartridge. Instead, she assesses a situation, and if that
moment calls for gunfire, she'll consider it.
From a hidden spot, Belle will take aim, trying to get the
element of surprise, but also will pull a gun if she needs to
intimidate a common criminal.
When she finally does fire, Belle remains calm and collected,
ensuring the utmost care and caution has been taken before
unleashing a bullet.
Her skill with firearms is similar to her drive; she learned a
lot of it from her father as a precaution to protection.
*Melee combat - While Belle does not know any one fighting
technique to its mastery, she was given the opportunity to learn
self-defense.
Her father wanted to make sure she could keep herself safe, and
the training Belle received focused on being resourceful.
Anything can be a weapon.
Once in close-range combat, Belle's aim is to disarm and
disable. She never concentrates on killing, and never takes up
a fight unless needed.
Belle hits hard, and she hits solid. She is the type of fighter
who puts effort and calculation into each of her moves.
She might not be "strong" in the muscleman sense, but she can
flip others close to her height (to about 5'5"), and within
"normal" weight ranges over herself.
*Belle's Motorcycle - Belle's bike is modified to take a
beating, make tight turns, and have speed. Problems with her
bike are heavy bike weight, low acceleration, and high fuel use.
Balancing mechanisms have been sacrificed, as they would
automatically attempt to correct the dips and trick-moves Belle
tries, but this also risks wrecks.
Combined with the weight of her bike, Belle has to make sure she
is at optimum speed and full awareness if she attempts any
tight-turned slip down an alley, or jump over an obstacle.
Belle also considered fantastic breaking systems for her bike,
as it becomes a crucial element with how she turns, being crazy
about hairpin switches after stopping on a dime.
Too long of a chase, however, results in fuel depletion, and
Belle will have to abandon her bike. In situations like this,
she will attempt hijacking or hiding.
*Belle's Tech Knowledge - Belle knows how to work on vehicles
and machines.
While she concentrates on ground-based vehicles and fuels, she
can lend a hand in repairing sea-fairing and airborne mechanics.
Belle has a knowledge of programming, creating her own chip
systems for security, fuel input, balance, air pressure, engine
start, and diagnostics.
This intelligence also includes physics, as she needs the
information of mass, velocity, impact, etc. in order to perform
her best in vehicle of choice.
These skills may come into practice outside of mechanics. Since
she knows her way about programming and computer language, Belle
can hack certain systems.
Other applications for these skills are (but not limited to)
hydraulics, artificial intelligence, objective programming,
remote controlling, and responsive prosthetics.
Weaknesses

[li]Belle moves slowly when not aided by a vehicle of some sort.
Her run speed and dodge speed are lower than average.[/li]
[li]Belle exhausts quicker than average when fighting. She
would rather avoid confrontation altogether than waste
energy.[/li]
[li]Belle is very sensitive to foul odours. Trips down into
sewers or past garbage dumpsters will have her reeling in
disgust.[/li]
[li]If Belle's tail is injured, she will have a hard time
keeping balance. She tries protecting her tail much as
possible.[/li]
[li]Teamwork is not Belle's forte. She can become stubborn if
she's given a task by somebody she does not know or trust.[/li]
[li]Belle is prone to headaches if she concentrates too hard or
is put under pressure to perform a desperate task such as
hacking a computer.[/li]
[li]A traveler's itch can cause Belle to up and leave a
situation if she thinks she's settled for too long (companions
can help counteract this).[/li]
