       Resuming RP

       So Sonic Spotlight will be resuming Roleplay as normal after the
       somewhat crazy meltdown. To avoid things like this happening
       again the Sonic Spotlight Agreement has been created. It can be
       read at the link below. This ensures problematic users can be
       dealt with quickly and without repercussions. This keeps
       everything creative and fun.
