       Jailhouse Jitters

       Sonic sat within his secure cell in another dimension. He paced
       around the cage suspended over a pool of acid. He looked down to
       the corrosive element and raised an eyebrow. "Man now that's
       just over kill." He placed his hands against the glass looking
       slightly sad. "It's been almost a week now and I haven't found
       anyway to escape. Meanwhile every villain from here to green
       hills is probably running riots in my city. Those idiots doing
       whatever they like and I'm not around to kick their asses ugh!"
       Sonic hit against the walls of his cell looking out into the
       endless steel corridors of the space station. His fingers
       scr,aped down the glass as he was loosing hope of getting home.
       "I miss the smell of the grass the gentle breeze and I miss my
       city." Sonic fell backwards placing his hand against his chin
       holding his head up. "While I'm in here those two overlards are
       hurting the people I'm meant to protect. They built me a statue
       and I can't protect them. No doubt people are already loosing
       faith in me. Nobody has even bothered to mount a rescue. I can't
       blame them who would come for the hero who was tricked into
       eating a poison hotdog?" Sonic's expression fell to sadness as
       even the promise of a real fight couldn't keep him from missing
       his home.

       After moping about for a time Sonic looked up to the camera in
       his cell. "You hear me Egghead? If you're anything like Robotnik
       I know you'll need the chaos emeralds to fire whatever super
       weapon you have hidden in this can. Jokes on you I destroyed one
       of them and threw the others into space. Good luck exploring the
       infinite blackness for tiny gems. It's like finding a particular
       shimmering star amount millions of others."
