Dolphin-ately time for Upgrades. (Eggman and Ranata Only) (Egg C

It had been several days since Ranata had been taken by Eggman.
His focus had been on sonic, as well as repairing Mecha sonic.
Seeing as the mecha was now finished he turned his attention to
the dolphin. It was full of old broken tech. so outdated that
even eggman had a problem recognizing some parts. He however
got to work. He'd repair her CPU and her other internal
computer bits. He'd then Jack her into a seperate console, away
from the ships systems.
He'd activated it then nod. " Good... Good." He said. "You
should be able to hear me and be semi-Operational. Your body is
so outdated I can't even fix it. I'll have to make you something
from scratch." He frowned. " Always sad to see a good robot
unfinished. And with such a simple design...."
THe console was connected to a small stand, with a camera that
could swivel left and right, as well as look up and down. Near
360 degrees of movement. But it couldn't move foreward or any
other direction. It was just a simple camera on a motorized
tripod.

more as a report than coming from her actual personality. She
then ran a few scans and a quick diagnostic to update her on
what had happened. After a few minutes, she spoke again,
sounding more like herself and rather expressive with her words
as compared to a cold, empty voice that most robots had.
[font=courier]"It has been 1845 days 22 hours 23 minutes 10
seconds since my initial Emergency Shut Down Sequence had been
activated to preserve my core, critical schematics, personal
profile and memory chips. I didn't realize how much the
advancements of technology had escalated since then."[/font] she
stated, looking around the lab. Whether if that was true, or
that the timeline from Eggman's dimension was completely
different, it didn't matter, [font=courier]"I would not be too
concerned, upon rebooting the second time before now, I had
access to Nanobot technology which had been making repairs on my
robotic exosuit at a... less than desireable rate. Perhaps
building a new body would be more efficient... that being said,
I have not met anyone other than Professor Charles and Robotnik
having the expertise on Robotics... thank you... who are
you?"[/font]
In additional she suddenly reazlized something,
[font=courier]"And what did you do with my body? I know there is
functioning hardware in it. I need it with me."[/font]

"I am Dr. Eggman." He said. " I come from another world not
unlike mobius." He nodded. " I came to Mobius to save it from
robotnik, and in turn that disgusting hedgehog Sonic." He glared
at the mention of his name. " He's been working for Robotnik
this whole time." He shook his head. " Thankfull I've captured
and contained Him." He turned his head to the Camera then
motioned to the workbench, where Ranata's old body sat. " I've
already stripped out all of the useful bits. The rest is all
junk really." He nodded. He turned to The Camera.
"I was thinking about making you a new body. But I'm not
feeling the Dolphin thing. Dolphins don't have a whole lot of
potential as robots. In your consoles banks I've uploaded
several thousands of images based on my robots. Go ahead and
choose a style you like or design one yourself."

about 'other worlds'."[/font] there was a noticeable pause upon
the mention of Robotnik and Sonic, [font=courier]"So. The blue
menace is in league with the Virus. Charming. I'd hate to think
what Professor would think of him. Speaking of which, while I
appreciate your assistance I must insist on keeping the original
design... it is one I cannot discard personally and it would
dishonor Professor Charles' work. If it is something outside of
your resources then I must insist on keeping the rest of the
'junk' and allow for the Nanobots to continue on with their
directive."[/font]

"Original design?" He asked. " But its so bland! So Boring!
Where is the Pizzaz? The fire works? Its just so.... Tacky." He
shook his head. " No offense. I've given you the creation tools
to design yourself a new body. Just design it and show me the
blueprints and I'll build it." He frowned. " But if its boring
Its not going to be any fun."
Orbot soon flew into the room, bringing Eggman a tool box with a
large sum of Gadgets here and there. Eggman looked to him then
motioned to the camera, to which Orbot flew over. " Hello
there." He said. " I see our good Doctor is working on your
body. I must say I don't think I've ever seen a robot so....
Old before." He nodded. " Most of Eggman's robots haven't been
around for a long time. And those he does have around for a
while usually getu pgraded with new parts so much that they
aren't even the original robots. Fascinating isn't it? Our
Doctor does so love robots. Its been said that he loves robots
more than other people, but I can assure you that rumor is a
lie. Eggman loves having parties with his closest friends."

[/font]Ranata sassed as she quickly scanned through the
resources made available to her. Seeing as she knew already what
she wanted, the blueprints and schematics were drawn up and were
available for Eggman to access a few minutes later. The design
of course, was to be a completed form a dolphin, but what was
different was the unusual material listed to build it. She
wasn't sure if Eggman was familiar with it but either way she
decided to report, [font=courier]"It almost upsets me to hear
you say that my original design bores you... but perhaps working
with metals containing unusual properties might be enough to
find the task... less bland? Pluvarium Alloy is the key
component to building the exterior of my body. It was an
uncommon metal five years ago, so I do not know if the rarity of
such an element has heightened or not. It's a moldable metal
that reacts, hardens, softens and changes shape by reacting to
the behavior of electrons vibrating within a functioning,
independent AIC. The Artificial Intelligence Cerebrum."[/font]
The camera lens refocused upon the red robot's apperance and
even tilted slightly to express her disapproval,
[font=courier]"I see it is evident that you have not been
informed about how impudent it is when talking about a lady's
age?"[/font] She paused for a moment and changed her tone to one
of a more curious nature, [font=courier]"Oh? So just who are
these 'closest friends' - whom are not of a Synthetic
nature?"[/font]

He turned to look over the blueprints as Ranata spoke. " Hmm an
easy design.... Though would you mind if Ip ainted it? Perhaps
Purple? Oh! How about an emerald green with a nice chrome to it?
That would look pretty nice." He however stopped at the mention
of the metal. "I haven't heard of this Metal before. Pluvarium.
But if its as good as you say it is I'm sure I can run planet
wide scans for it and mine out what I need. I have robots for
that and they are very good at their job." He tapped his chin,
already thinking about ways to weaponize this metal. "I'll get
the scans started, but for now I'm going to work on your inner
workings then get to your hull."
"Oh. I didn't know you were a lady bot. Had I known I would of
come with far more manners. I do apologize." He tilted his
head at her question then chuckled and put up a finger. " Why
Dr. WIly of Course. Dr. Wily however is from another dimension,
so they don't often get to communicate with one another for more
than a few minutes. But make no mistake. Dr. WIly is also a
robotics genius. He helps robots ensure world peace with the
Organics of his home planet. Its quite beautiful if you ask me."

my requirements. That sounds excellent, should you find an
excess in the quantity of Pluvarium, feel free to use it to your
discretion. Your assistance is very much appreciated Doctor, I
have yet to learn a lot more about how much things have changed
since I was last online."[/font] she then looked to Orbot,
[font=courier]"Another dimension? Fascinating. I am curious to
see the technology used to communicate at such a vast range.
Perhaps I might even some day to meet this Dr Wily. His
accomplishments compliment my directive."[/font]
