       This is where everyone queues up for an idea for an arc if you
       have one! In between each arc there will be a 'down time', just
       so everyone has a chance re cooperate and do some freestyle RPs
       :)
       Arc positions are allowed to be swapped as long as both parties
       are happy with the choices.
