Every channel and network frequency had been overwritten to
display the following transmission. There was no way anybody who
had their finger on the pulse of society could miss this
broadcast. The screen fades in from white to reveal an
attractive android with large yellow glowing eyes holding a
microphone. She was modeled after a beautiful female overlander.
She brushed her metal stands acting as hair over her shoulder
and talked talking in a professional tone. "Hello Mobius and
welcome to the first planet protection production. We have
breaking news just moments ago famous hero Sonic Hedgehog was
caught on film letting infamous war criminal Dr.Ivo.Robotnik go
instead of handing him over to the authorities. It's a sad day
when somebody once so admired falls so far. Let's look at the
footage now." A scene played showing Sonic letting Robotnik go
after deafening him and saving the people he could. Some parts
of the clip were blurred out as they contained the corpses of
Robotnik's victims.
"Truly shocking stuff. From this moment on one Sonic Hedgehog is
now a traitor to the realm. A one million ring reward has been
promised to any information regarding his capture. The reward
will be paid upon the procurement of Sonic. The galactic police
officer Dr.Eggman is offering the reward as he works tirelessly
to catch the criminal duo of Robotnik and Sonic. For years the
two have been in cahoots working together playing us all for
fools." Beck pointed to the table anger in her large glowing
eyes. "Personally I think the terrorist known as Sonic should be
sent to prison zone with no hope of parole. Sonic is a blue fast
crafty menace to society bent of the destruction of anybody who
disagrees with him. Furthermore This reporter thinks.....wait
what is that?" She asked hearing a banging coming from behind
the set.

Sonic crashed through the set and delivered a powerful kick
knocking Beck's head clean off. The reporter gave a womanly wail
as sparks flicked from her neck joint. He body fumbled around
trying to get her head back. Sonic tossed her head out the
window grabbing the microphone. "Go catch!" He pulled the camera
down to his height and spoke into it very angry. "Mobius I've
been protecting you for years now. I was one of the Freedom
Fighters I helped retake the city. I've provided protection for
you and your families for years now. I appear at your barbecues
and repair the run down hoses with my super speed at night. You
know me Mobius so I'm asking you to ignore these lies and tell
the crown you want this Egg shaped loser off our planet. The
only thing I'm guilty of is being too awesome. This is Sonic
freedom fighter and your hero. Peace!" With that he dropped the
microphone and blasted off the set. After that the transmission
cut and the broadcast signals returned to normal.
