While her eyes were closed she heard Soul yell out and felt the
heat from the flames, the world seemed to spin around for her
and the tears she had held back were just pouring endlessly
until she eventually started to sob audibly. She dropped to her
knees and pulled at her ears as she hunched over. Kara was just
so angry at everything that had gone wrong in the last few days
and it didn't seem to want to stop for her. Kyro's death being
the pinnacle of the feeling of dread and anger and too much for
her to handle.
'I can't believe I almost did it to him...' she thought before
slamming her fists onto the ground repeatedly, forcing the
ground to quake at her wrath until eventually she stopped,
grabbed a loose piece of rubble and threw it violently towards
the direction Robotnik had been taken away. It might have been
her imagination, or maybe she simply didn't react to it, but she
could have sworn she might have heard a familiar, deep voice
yell out in protest to her actions.

The loud pistol shots rung in Sonic's ears along with Ty's and
the pilots words. He would have agreed with the pilot of the
tornado were his senses not in shock. Before long the ringing of
the gunshots stop and Sonic's expression turns from blank to a
small smile. He watched Karahl carry on in pain as he passed by
the fire and stood behind the tiger. He placed a hand on her
shoulder and said with a smug smirk. "Your an evil b,itch you
know that."

She whirled around, grabbed his wrist and twisted it within an
iron grasp. Nothing more than a cold glare was what he got from
her.

Sonic simply smiled and used his free wrapping it around her. He
closed his eyes and placed his head against her chest. "But
thats why I love you." He felt her soft fur against his spines
and patted her back gently to reassure her everything was going
to be okay. "I shine like the sun while you hide like the moon
behind clouds." He said trying with all his might to pry her
hand open to slip his fingers between hers.

Blaze was just about to go for another punch when Soul's flames
intervene the fight. His attention turned to the cyan hedgehog,
his expression unmoving. " If you think this flames will stop me
you got another thing coming. " Blaze said in a snarl before
hearing the gunshots go off. His attention turned to the pilot.
His response wasn't helping the pyro much either.
" That's the problem. That man deserves nothing but a bullet to
the head. Now i see why the queen tried to have him killed a
year ago....funny how we all ended up back in this same
situation. " he replied as his flames died a bit. He looked to
Kara who suddenly burst into tears. Full blown tears. Never
before has she shown that emotion.
" I guess anyone can break..." he said to himself in a low tone.
This time he felt a spiritual hand touch his shoulder. Looking
he sees Veira who had a sad look on her face as well. He
remained silent after seeing that.

The tiger's breathing grew less tense but she continued to stare
wide-eyed right in front of her out of shock. So much so that
her hand slipped from its grasp and he was successful in prying
it open. Her mouth felt dry, "...What?" she asked softly, in an
almost whisper.

Guntran also made a point..what they are all doing is considered
ilegal..and they cant take matters into his own hands. But on
the otherhand having him go through trial doesnt always work in
which he was already tried and went to jail before...how would
it be different this time around?
"While I see your point Pilot..he has already been to jail
multiple times and nothing has changed...how could I trust him
to not harm those in the courtroom?" he stated. Ears flickering
he heard the sobs coming from his teacher..causing him to look
at her with sympathy by having his ears drop with sadness. He
attempts to approach her to console her however Sonic beat him
to it. he simply stood there and watch them rekindle thier love
but at the same time he feels a little uncertain. [does she
really want him back?] he thought to himself.

Sonic tightened his grip on her back while speaking softly in a
horse voice. "Let it go Karahl. Or should I say my love." he
slowly moved his open palm to her cheek wiping away her tears.
"I'm not here to fight. It's over." He embraced her for a while
longer as he gently fan his fingers over her fractured ribs. He
slowly moved his hand towards her diamond tonfa taking them from
her. "It's time for us to put aside the sword.......and live."
With that he dropped her signature weapons to the ground and
held her tighter. The hard weapons hit the ground with a clank.
"It all began with an experiment gone awry. Now so many have
passed away. We've given our lives to this city and it's done
nothing but take. Let's leave Mobotroplis. Now Robotnik's gone
let's go away together. Let's leave and never return. We can go
anywhere.....you want. I can play hero all over the world and
I'm sure you'll find a place to open a dojo. I never respected
you as a good person. But I've always loved you." Sonic's voice
grew quiet as he looked up and whispered. "Please...."

His attack managed to separate the fighter from each other, with
the gunshot from Guntram the battle had ceased. The hedgehog's
breathing became unstable seeing as he used too much energy in
his flames "Yes he is a ruthless monster who keeps on killing
innocent lives just for fun and we all want people like that
gone, but by doing so you not only just killed a monster, but
you have become a monster yourself". He looked at the broken
ninja as she fell to tears and just remained silent as he
watched the two seeking comfort from each other.
"Ty? Blaze? Will killing Robotnik bring those innocent people
back " he asked the two "If you did end him now...what would
you gain from it, vengance is not a thing. Compare it to the
bloodshed he has done, it's one against thousands, will that one
persons blood be enough to satisfy the others " he asked in a
mellow tone.

Guntram looked at Ty, the hedgewolf was right, what was going to
stop Robotnik?
"If some of you are in the courtroom, that might solve the issue
of him hurting them," he said thoughtfully, "and the fact that
he has broken out and continued his schemes would make a good
argument for putting him down for good."
He looked at Sonic and Karahl, feeling for both of them as it
went along.
"That still doesn't solve the biggest issue," he stated, "even
if it is Robotnik, the court would want evidence that he has
done these things. Unless we can find someone to testify or
something that leaves nothing to doubt, we can't pin him and
subsequent he can't receive a death penalty."
He looked at Soul, the hedgehog had a valid point. However, this
one he could side with Ty and Blaze on.
"We may not gain any satisfaction," he admitted to the cyan
mobian, "However, if we can have him executed, it will assure
that such a thing never happens again."
