Blaze followed his teacher shortly to the side after just asking
about the weights. " Why do i feel like i just costs us more
grief then we already needed. " Blaze thought to himself as a
small sweatdrop formed on his cheek. When instructed to set one
side of the coal on fire, he nodded and added flames to the coal
until he was told to stop. Watching Kyro come back with the
weights made Blaze tilt his head a bit in confusion. " Those
must weigh a lot..." Blaze muttered a bit before hearing the
next part of the training.
When he realized what they were doing, his jaw nearly dropped. "
What have i done...? ' he said as he looked at the icy floor
before him. He looked to his spirit partner who gave a small
wave and smile trying to encourage him. He gulped a bit giving a
nervous laugh before looking at his teacher.
" Well...i can't say this will be easy but... I'm ready. " he
replied.

"Hmm..I suppose lifting weights wouldn't be too difficult for
you to do Ty...after all you do look like an overly obsessive
fitness nut" he smirks while teasing him on his steriod-like
appearance. "Very funny..."he flatly responded as he follows
their instructor along with his brother to the side of the
training ground for his next objective.
He walks over to one of the rows full of coal and covers them up
with a blanket full of ice as per instructed by Karahl. His
curiosity makes him wonder why does he has to freeze up some
coal if they were just gonna carry around some burden of
weights?
His face expressed a great deal of shock after he was told of
what exactly they were supposed to do..talk about overkill..and
to think other snow claw ninja had to go through the same deal
of training..they must be pretty resilient.
"I stand corrected....well Ty it was nice knowing you buddy..see
ya on the flip-side!"a chuckle can be heard from Sparks once
again taunting the poor hybrid.
"Your...not....helping..remind me to slap Blaze after this whole
training session is over with.." it was painfully obvious he is
annoyed by his partners constant babbling...which is unusual as
normally he was often silent and obedient..perhaps he developed
a personality since his year long absence.
He goes to pick up some weights and slugged them on his back
then pulls a blindfold on his face tightly on his eyes. Next he
begins to slowly creep on the first set of poles that contains
the burning coal at the bottom as he balances himself on top of
them. [I have to trust my natural senses...I cannot afford to
mess this up..otherwise ill be fried..] he thought to himself as
he approaches forward across slowly. He could feel his body
sweating and his legs wobbling from time to time due to how
heavy the load is on his back as well as the heat coming from
the flames.

The raven flies onto Ty's head. And the cat rubs against
Karahl's leg, purring.

Blaze suddenly felt the coldness creep off the coal as he slowly
approached the poles and took his first step to the first set of
poles. He could sense a little bit of coldness coming from the
ice pretty clearly. Just how cold was Ty's ice? He started to
question how hot his fire was now that Ty had to make his way
across the fire that he made moments ago.
Veira watched intently trying her best not to really aid her
partner. She knew if he relied on her too much he wouldn't
really progress. She looked to Kara for a moment thinking of
something to say but what? She did turn to Sparks who seemed to
be teasing Ty about his current situation. " Wow i never seen
Sparks to be quite the comedian..." Veira replied as she crossed
her arms a bit.

"Oh come now, where did your sense of adventure go? You've
fought gods, Robotnik, robots, cultist ninjas, space pirates and
a whole bunch of other things since the time I've known you."
the shinobi chuckled, "You will also find that those blindfolds
will be your new best friends, given how often you'll be using
them. Don't worry, before long you will be able to poke holes
through them and call yourselves Shadow Warriors."
While it seemed rather harsh on how Karahl started training
them, she didn't exactly start on a novice level; given that
they were both already able fighters.
"Kyro, go practice your meditation, breathing exercises and
katas. I'll be with you shortly.
"Yay! Okay Karri!" the younger brother responded with great
enthusiasm before running off to the sides.
"Don't forget, when a ninja adapts he also can use anything and
everything around him as a weapon. In the hands of a shinobi,
even something as harmless as a teaspoon can suddenly be as
lethal as a dagger." Karahl proclaimed as she walked around them
to the other side where a fairly tall pile of pebbles were
sitting. These pebbles had short tails of streamers taped to
them, "Speaking of which, Sparks, need I remind you that the
level of success Ty achieves also reflects back onto your
competency? You are a part of this too."
"Blind folds on... and go!" after allowing them a few moments to
get used to their task before throwing a pebble at each of them
at their sides. As the pebbles soared their tails made soft
rattling noises. Karahl glances down at the cat, blinked a few
times before returning her attention to the task at hand.

Blaze made a nervous chuckle before having a determined look
return to his face as he steady himself on the poles. When he
heard Kara instruct Kyro to do his training, he was a little
relieved for the moment. Suddenly the sound of something being
tossed his way caused his ears to stick up quickly. Was it due
to being blind folded that his reaction was a bit faster this
time around? Normally his speed wouldn't kick in that fast. Even
if he did dodge the object that was thrown, there was the matter
of his footing.
That dodge just cost him his balance which in turn, caused the
hunter to fall backwards due to the extra weight and step on the
icy coal which caused a yelp of surprise from the hunter. He
quickly tried to climb back onto a stable surface before he
slipped again. Veira groaned a bit watching the display her
partner just showed. Then again she probably wouldn't be any
different.

"Aye Aye sensai!" he stood there with a quick salute before
folding his arms with a smile. "But to be honest with you...for
this particular training course...I don't think he needs my help
on this one..he has to learn to harness his own instincts" he
shared those similar feelings as Veira when concerning her
partner.
From this point on he remains silent watching Ty on his
progress..he did notice a raven who seems to be sitting on his
head for a while now...just where did it come from? "Hmmm.." he
places his fingers on his chin thinking on the matter.
Meanwhile Ty continues to press forward towards the other side
and both of his ears begin prick up. For some odd reason he can
feel his body perform a small hop into the air in order to avoid
the incoming projectile being throw at him. Without his eyesight
he wonders if his others senses were trying to make up for the
fact that he cant see anything around him.
After landing he could feel one of his feet touching the small
poles and another on the flaming coal as well as a sizzling
sound. "Yikes!" he yelps and quickly pulls his foot out of there
and back on the poles again. He could smell a bit of burning
metal on the bottom of his boot but despite that he moves
forward and having a tighter grip on the sackles keep him from
dropping the weights off of his back.

The raven blinks and flies to the cat. It lands on Karahl's
shoulder. The cat meows to the raven who in return caws back.
They both nod and continue their watching.

Karahl nodded, "Your reflexes are excellent," she commented
before proceeding to throw two more pebbles at each of the
twins, "Feel your environment, use your feet, your tails. Where
is it the least cold or hot? Where is it the most?"
The ninja was never one for pets and having the crow on her
shoulder and a cat at her ankle she felt like she was in a
petting zoo. Karahl then gently picked up the crow and placed it
on the ground before stepping away a bit to continue her
teachings.

Blaze's ears twitched again as another object was thrown. This
time instead of being hesitate about his next movement, he leaps
a little to the right before feeling the cool ice fly by his
tail. Kara was right about feeling the enviroment. His tail
could feel the coolness coming from it. Obivously the pole he
was on was in a very deep cool tempature. Stepping over to the
left, he continued on his way.
Veira smiled as Blaze was in tune with his sense. A bit
surprised he was doing it quickly but glad as well. " hey
there's nothing to this. Come on Ty I'm sure you got this. "
blaze replied to his brother. Even though he couldn't see him,
he knew Ty wasn't one for giving up.
