       Prisscilla

       Prisscilla is a regal angler fish from the far off southern
       waters. She is green scaled with elegant frilly fins she often
       is she in long flowing ruffled dresses and golden jewelry around
       her lure. She is known as a flower of the sea this is a term
       given to ladies of noble birth across the entire ocean. She
       hails from a wealthy family of high social status. Prisscilla
       lives up to her name often enjoying prissy things such as
       elaborate dresses over the top accessories,high class food and
       primping her fins. However unlike most girls of her status her
       first love is science, Prisscilla attended several schools and
       university's graduating from each with honors. She often
       conducts experiments on unwilling subjects and enjoys watching
       the plot unfold as she collects data. She dabbles in alchemy and
       biology often finding herself stuck between the two. When a date
       goes south she take an advantage to turn the unlucky man or
       woman into a lab rat for her untested inventions. She often is
       seen as selfish repeatedly taking advantage of her high status
       and others around her to make advances in science. She's smart
       sassy but most of all self entitled believing herself above most
       others, she's exceedingly competitive when it comes to
       intellectual pursuits and loves to spoil herself upon making a
       discovery. Given her aquatic nature she can breath underwater
       and live on land as long as she stays hydrated.
