       [center]Basic Plot[/center]
       [center]Mobian government officials are disappearing. With no
       one to lead many countries, an anarchy pandemic spreads
       internationally.
       Years ago, children were haunted by nightmares, but soon their
       nightmares quite literally came to life. They increased in
       number, but it was quite rare to run into one, making them
       almost insignificant. A creature known as Skinwalker now roams
       the world, eating hearts like Sonic does Chilidogs. What could
       possibly go wrong when a Nightmare has a child with a
       Skinwalker?
       A creature only known as Nightwalker traverses the night,
       killing mostly criminals and those who protect those criminals.
       No one really knows what he looks like, as he can take almost
       any form. And with the governments of Mobius focused on finding
       the people who are most likely killing political figures, they
       can't deal with this mass murderer.
       All troubles could be solved if they just opened their eyes. If
       they found the patterns, they would quickly learn what's going
       on. Who is the killer? Who are the assassins?[/center]
       This RP is going to be an Action/Mystery RP using the new
       Advanced Battle System for any combat involved.
