Amaryllis was exploring outside the city again. This time in a
nearby moor as she walked right past a warning sign saying
explicitly that the area was still being drained.

Crest Lock was watching Amaryllis,her yellow and blue eyes
gleaming. She didn't have much interest in her. But Crest didn't
have her guitar with her and the wristcom was busted. She was
just hanging around-until she heard the sound of footsteps.

She kept walking in the wet, muddy terrain as Crest then noticed
the sign, on it saying; "Danger! Tidal Mud up ahead!" With an
image of a guy sinking in what appeared to be quicksand.

Crest narrowed her eyes at the sign that the girl had ignored.
Alarmed,she called out to her,"Hey-kid! I wouldn't do that if I
were you. Can't you read?"

Meanwhile, Amaryllis started running after hearing yelling.
Couldn't she be left alone for ten minutes? She then stepped in
some seriously soft ground and sank to her waist. She struggled
and sank to her chest. Completely bogged down in the mire.

Crest reacted instantly. She ran out and stopped,a few feet away
from Amaryllis and the sink hole,"Hey,don't struggle and keep
calm! I'll get ya out."

She started to cry. "Help meee..." She managed to breathe out.
Her head was about to submerge as her mouth sank under. Her arm
and head was all that was sticking out of the mud.

Crest cautiously and slowly walked towards her and made a grab
for Amaryllis's arm. Success. She tugged on the arm with all her
might,her shoes sinking into the mud alittle.

Her head sank under but her paw still grabbed on. She was slowly
being pulled out, caked in muck.

Grunting with effort,Crest pulled the stranger out of the Murky
Depths(:D) and onto dry-and safe-land. Her left shoe had came
off and sunk into the muck,leaving Crest with only a sock.
