"...Yes, Sonic, for your family," Lori answered, running off to
find Ty and the others again. But before actually doing so, she
quickly listened to Sonic's own words, finally uncursed by the
fox Mist-Lock, as she then ran, her indigo-purple eyes now with
concern for Sonic and the ones he called family. Everything
concerning the Pulse and Sonic's apparent daughter depended on
her now, and she had to find the Pulse before everything was
gone for everyone, not just Sonic or the blue female hedgehog.

"What has been stolen from us actually."
They then looked to the hedgehog.
"We have actually done nothing to her."
"We found her like this."
"A Robian whom goes by the name Kyrahl-"
"-has Robotosized her brain-"
"-and from the looks of it, she is no longer here."
"Who knows where she is now."
The pair glanced to each other, "We are actually are the ones-"
"-keeping them both alive right now."
"We are quite talented in the use of technology-"
"-and currently stopping her from closing her mouth."
"Kill us and her mouth closes."
"Knock us unconscious and her mouth closes."
"Critically injure us and her mouth closes."
"The both of us - and especially you-"
"-would rather that not happen."
"Bring us The Pulse-"
"-or wait with us until The Pulse is brought to us."
"Then you may have them both."
"You are more than welcome to keep a sharp eye on us."
"We have nothing to hide this time."
"We just want what we want."

Sonic's attention was brought back to the two who spoke in
unison. He cracked his knuckles and gave a glare. "All your
cunning tricks make me sick. Your lying that gem you gave it a
vampire to watch over. If it was important it would be in your
position. Not in the grasp of a monster that would just hand it
to us. The queen and I don't see eye to eye but the one thing we
can agree on is we don't negotiate with terrorists. You won't
have it your own way." Given that Sonic revs up his as they peel
out into a red blur. Soon three other Sonic's blur into
existence also revving up behind him. "Fast enough to exist in
more than one place at a time. You do not wanna p,iss me off.
Now give me my family." To Sonic their words held no sway. In
his eyes they were tricksters and lairs.

Skadu had be watching the whole thing unfold in front of him
from a branch of a by tree; he had no intent of interrupting as
their was other matters to attend to as well as knowing the
matter of strength that robotic Karahl had, but after listening
for awhile he came down from the tree and walked over to the
group knowing he couldn't hide his presents from Genevieve and
Jerome. "It doesn't fail to surprise me. You remember what I
said about your actions hedgehog and how it could affect those
around you when you don't take the time to consider them. Now
cool your jets before you do something you will regent again for
a life time." Skadu knew not the make any movements that seem
threatening so he was careful with his movement as he walked
over towards Wes. "Hey salesmen I heard this a guy by the name
Mardius a few blocks from here looking for item to help him on
his travels you could try and sell something to him that could
him." Skadu point into the direction for Wes before turning back
to the situation at hand.

Sonic smiled glancing back towards the green ninja offering
wisdom. "Who knows shinobi maybe I have learned a little
something." The three Sonic's kept running in place as a type of
blue energy begun to spark and crackle under their feet. "I'm
not going to do anything she is." The energy build up got faster
and faster. "I run from everything behind me. I run from
everyone I know. If I keep moving they can't find me. I learn by
going where to go. And I've leaned so far no matter where you
are theres always someone else with your too slow. Don't tell me
that your heart is breaking. Don't tell me that you feel alone.
Just run until your legs start shaking. Don't stop until you hit
the floor. And I hope one day we can find our way. Cause until
then we've got an awful lot to loose. SO GET UP AND MOVE!" What
Sonic was saying sounded like gibberish to the others but as he
spoke the other two Sonic's spoke as such fast frequencies only
those with super speed like Sapphire could understand them.
Sonic had hinted Skadu on what he was planning to do as the
other two speedsters gave it directly to Sapphire so only she
could hear.
"You can do this."
"Yeah you're not done yet."
"I want you to try something. I know you've never done it before
but I believe in you."
"I'm running in place charging up kinetic energy. I want you to
focus and take this energy."
"Once you've got a hold of it I want you to try a trick I
invented called Intangibility via self-molecular vibrations."
"It's where you move so fast you can move through solid matter.
If done right you should slip right through Karahl's jaws. Don't
worry the others can't hear us. Were speaking far too fast and
the noise the three of us are making with our legs should even
throw off the sound experts over there. Now focus on taking this
build up then vibrate your body as fast as you can."
"You can do this I believe in you."

When the Desert Fox and Owl said the part about Sonic and
herself looking similar but act nothing alike, her ears went
flat once more and her gaze dropped as well.
Right when her thoughts where drifting off they where quickly
dragged back at the sound of Karahl's response growl, now was
not the time to be thinking of other things, save that for
later.
She gasped then let out a whine that sounded much like an
injured puppy, when the pressure increased around her neck, her
eyes where now wide with fright, looking back to Sonic, as it
became more difficult to breathe, and she could now feel
Karahl's fangs against her skin.
Her ears where quite flat against her head but she could still
hear what the others around her where saying, Sonic and someone
he called, Lori seemed to know what the Mist-Locks where after.
She watched as Lori ran off to fetch it as a salesman appeared,
who seemed to not take anything in the current situation
seriously and seemed to think that her and Karahl
where...buy-able, she gritted her teeth when Wes slapped Kara on
the back, those fangs where close enough to her, he didn't have
to move them closer to her skin.
Everything was happening in a rush, Skadu came into view, and
one moment there was one rather angry Sonic, then there was
three... Wait... What? Three dads? How on Mobius? That's.... Way
past Kool! How'd he learn to do that? When did he learn to do
that? Wonder if he could te- if she could move, she would've
shook her head. Her thoughts where running away again.
What happened next was strange, and again if she could move she
would've tilted her head, all three Sonic's where moving at
once, a blue energy crackling under their feet, getting faster
and faster. She blinked her ears going up, what was Sonic up to?
She was soon answered, she looked from Sonic to Sonic as they
spoke, he wanted her to try a move she'd never done before,
something she had seen him do quite a few times before, it was
something she would never even dream of being able to do
herself. How could she move that fast? How could she ever move
that fast? Especially, when she couldn't even move, like now,
since she still, was on her knees with Karahl's fangs around her
neck. Her eyes went to the side, her ears going back to being
low,
Sonic said he believed in her, but she did not yet believe in
herself.
She couldn't do something as great as he could, let alone a move
he made himself, Jerome and Genevieve where right... She looked
like Sonic, but was nothing like him on the inside.
"..I..I..can't.." Sapphire closed her eyes, she really hated to
disappoint him, especially when he believed in her.

The fact she wasn't confident nor did she speak back Sonic
started to suspect something. There was no doubt in his mind as
he cracked a wicked smile. All three Sonic's took off at the
speed of sound the three simultaneous sonics booms creating a
large shockwave blowing back the others or at least causing them
to stagger. He launched into a kick as the other two spin dashed
into the lovely Brume couple. After dealing out the damage he
stood over the two and waggled his finger at them. "Who two may
be extremely charming you almost had me going. But you forgot
the little things. This isn't my little girl. Heh you've done
your homework I'll give you that. But she doesn't have that
never say die attitude I know she's got. And with that you've
just lost your leverage. Now fix my Karahl before I BREAK YOU!."
He shouted slamming his foot through a large nearby rock to show
he wasn't messing around.

From the dark allyways of Mobotroplis the forgotten force of
missing male police officers marches out. They had blank
expressions upon their faces as they spurt out the following.
"Her darkest will falls from the skies,
The obedience grows as she lies.
She will have your heart and head,
For her our lives till we are dead."
Soon a black fog spilled out onto the streets. An extremely evil
presence was about filling the air with allure. The gathered
police draw their guns and open fire upon the party. The main
targets were the Brume twins.

The ground quaked at their feet once again, it seemed that these
minor earth quakes were becoming more regular and regular since
the start of the festival two days ago. Only this time it seemed
to be more prominent and the few structures which were not
designed to resist minor earth quakes had collapsed in the
distance.

The ground quaked once more and before long streams of more
Irracirrilum shot from the mines Kyrahl had gone the lengths to
investigate, locate and exploit in preparation for this event.
This could be seen from the far of distance, beyond the city's
borders, forming colossal chains that disappeared high into the
atmosphere from the metal's flexible properties. They seemed to
have slack in them, arching their way up into the heavens.
