She quit moving as soon as the wires and wolves came around her,
but she yelled quite loudly to the one whom had ordered to
restrain her, however painful it was. "Let me GO!" she yelled to
a female grey wolf before said wolf disappeared. She growled in
frustration before she saw Soul attempt to free her, but he had
failed, since she was bound in metal wires.
" Ty! NO!" she yelled again, in a pained and angered voice, as
she saw Ty and his brother coated with a strange liquid that
began to bubble and burn them both, and then she saw Darkenlight
attacked by more wolves.
She could not do anything since she was restrained like Sonic's
daughter now, and she still had the red tint in her eyes,
despite her not moving to free herself. And there weren't any
Chaos Emeralds as far as she knew, so she couldn't attempt Chaos
Control to get out of the wires, either.
But maybe Ty could freeze the wires at a certain point, and I
could use them as weapons if it works... she thought, thinking
up a plan to not only be freed, but also in assist Soul, Ty, and
Ty's brother in the fight. In her normal -but also in a pained-
tone of voice, she yelled to Ty, "Hey, Ty! I may have an idea of
how to get out of these things! Try using your powers to freeze
the chains enough so they can be cut!"

Blaze simply winced a bit as he saw the exploding balls fall
from the sky as he and his brother were drenched in some sort of
liquid. The odd part was the unexplained burning sensation he
was feeling from the liquid. Rather than question it for the
time being, his head turned to the kunai that seemed to appear
all around him.
The young hunter growled as he jump into the air and let loose a
blue flame that scorched the very kunai that were aimed in his
direction before firing another shot towards another set of
songbirds to lower their numbers. This fire wasn't ordinary fire
by any means. This spiritual fire was fueled by the very spirit
that resided wiithin Blaze. No songbird that touched these
flames would survive.

Before he could even hear an answer from his siblinghe was then
taken back by surprise by the sudden appearance of the cyan
hedgehog Soul appearing to provide them with much needed
assistance which the group surely needs right now. "Nice to see
you again Soul..you sure know how to make an unexpected
entrance" he said with a smile feeling relived that they now
have additional backup support.
Remember how I said Seji will be the least of there problems and
wil most likey spectate the battle? Wrong that is a big mistake
to make such an assumption due to the fact his grenade was
comopletely ignored and overlooked by the gang so the kunai
struck it hard enough for it to burst open contiaining some
mysterious liquid which unfortunatly splattered on the frosty
hybrid, the purple half breed pheonix and his flame weilding
brother.
Before he could even wonder where did the stuff came from and
why is it slowly burning his skin and fur causing to wince in
pain only now to realize it was acid. "Argh!..is this acid?...I
should have seen this coming.." he muttered unfortunatly he
doesnt have anything to stop it so he is going to have to accept
the fact that he will probably get alot of burn marks and scars
or even die from it.
Rather than worry about his own condition he remains focused on
his objective as he sliently watches Kaesna threw a barrage of
Kunai at him so he quickly retailietes with a shield crafted out
of his powers to have them stick on the thick layer of ice
instead of making the hybrid into chunks of furry ice cubes.
Before he could counterattack he watches her quickly vanish out
of sight using a sort of cloaking device which causes him to
remain on edge knowing that she can strike them at anytime. His
damages ear flicker hearing the Amber hedgehog Lori calling out
to him so he can free her from the metal chains."On my
way..Lori..I'll see what I can do to help" he approaches her and
freezes the chains so he can saftely pull them off of her.
His attention shifts back to his opponents so he can plan his
next move however he takes the time to analyze the situation by
looking around at each and everyone of the antagonists minus the
one who make herself scarce.
[As much as I want to get rid of Mardius Seji isnt going to let
us through unless we deal with him first..but that wont be an
easy task knowing that chick can turn herself invisible which
can be quite troublesome if we dont take her out as well..there
is also hundereds of those songbirds to worry about so we cant
let them get the jump on us] he thought to himself.
he glances at his allies to give them some intructions on what
to do next. "Alright everyone..listen up..the only way to get
rid of Mardius is to kill that hyena over there..he is a version
of himself from the past..but first we need to take care of his
body guards" he specifically pointed his finger at Aeson as well
as acknowledging the threat before him.
"Soul..see if you can use your powers to locate the cloaking
woman..and deal with her as soon as possible..Blaze..your with
me so we can deal with Discord..Lori and Darken..you guys keep
an eye on the ninja's and provide each of us some assistance in
case we fail..now lets move" he quickly takes off after Seji so
he can engage the mongrel in hand to hand combat for the first
time ever after all of these encounters with him. He quickly
strikes him with a couple of straight punches and spinning
kicks.

The cyan hedgehog's attempt to cut the wires failed, soon he saw
a barrage of kunai heading towards him. He launches light blue
arrows toward the incoming projectiles, however not all of them
were fended off, leaving the cyan hedgehog a few cuts at his
body. He gazed his eyes on the female wolf who appeared in front
of them but suddenly vanished, Ty soon gave them instructions on
how to defeat Mardius and the horde of ninjas. The cyan
hedgehog's target was the cloaked ninja "Gotcha!" he replied
and used his soul perception ability to locate her.

Blaze's nose twitched a bit as he was partnered with his brother
to deal with Discord. The fact that guy was actually involved
just made things worst for the hunter. " Lovely.....let's just
deal with him quickly so we can move on to more important
matters..." Blaze muttered as he ran behind his brother and
charged fire in his blade as he tried to circle around Discord
to try and catch him from behind.

The old husk first looked to Lori, "Miss you? I miss seeing your
face being dragged against the pavement!" he barked with a
twisted and broken smile; tearing and quickly repairing rotten
muscles at his cheeks. He then flicked a hand, which caused for
a couple of Songbird ninjas marked in orange and red to swiftly
charge towards the tall hedgehog, jump onto her shoulders and
force her face to 'kiss' the hard concrete at her feet. Neither
of them holding back the forces of their weight onto her before
later jumping off and returning to their prior, co-ordinated
attacks.
"Not if you can help it?" he echoed, staring at her for a moment
before suddenly barking out a hallow and eerily humorless
laughter, "How can you help this city - my new Sanctuary - if
you cannot even help yourself!"
Mardius' glowing cyan eyes turned to face Darkenlight, catching
word of he said and scowled most rigidly, "Bah! Yet more tainted
souls are defiled by the urge to consume us!" he spat, though
added an order because he reaaally didn't feel like moving from
where he was, "SEIJI! YOU ARE TO ENSURE THAT EVERY FIBER OF HIS
BEING SUFFERED UNDER PERPETUATED TORTURE!"
Aeson then looked to Blaze with an oddly alluring sneer, "Dost
thou believe for Us to be striking with solitude? Nay, thou
dissembling unwash'd nut-hook! For We were not the only one Le
Gerant hath brought from Our past..." the younger hyena then
allowed for the gravity of his words settle in his mind.
Mardius then contributed, "Me? Leave alive? You have no choice
in the matter, Abomination of Things That Were Once Pure. I
haven't been alive for centuries... though don't feel bad for
not noticing. Not everyone can age gracefully as well as I." he
remarked, taking a jab at his hybrid ethnicity.
He was dismissive and didn't address Ty's speculation.
His cracked and horrid grin returned upon seeing one of his more
talented followers appear, "Aaah Kaesna, I wondered when you
would drop by-"
"Excuse me," one of the sisters interrupted, leaning back from
the husk, "just letting you know that it is almost time."
"Hmmm." the husk was quick to grumble, almost forgetting the
plan whilst being lost in the moment and settled down a bit from
where he stood.
"The good news is that there is only four of them." the peafowl
added, "They can only just barely just handle your...
Followers."
"Hmmm. When this is over I look forward to seeing the faces lost
so many centuries ago once more... they will set a prime example
of those deserving of Our Paradise." Mardius hummed flatly.
The husk then let out a loud, lifeless hyena-cackle upon seeing
the three of them drenched in acid.

A figure skipped and somersaulted from a rooftop and landed
square on Blaze's shoulders from behind. "Ohh lookie here!" she
grinned, taking a finger and dragging across his forehead to
have a closer look at the acid. She shuddered a little from
feeling the tingles at her finger, "I thought it looked
familiar!"
The rust-coloured wolf was waving rather too enthusiastically
towards Discord, so much so that she even grabbed Blaze's hand
with her other one and shook it in the air just as
enthusiastically so that he would wave with her too.
"Awww hun! Glad to see you finally putting them to use! What
else did you take? Hmm?" she asked, batting her eyelashes... a
bit too much. The wolf wasn't even put off that she was robbed
by him. Though there was something different about what she was
wearing today... then it was noticed when she tied a certain red
scarf with a double-knot on her arm; even caressing it for a
moment.
"Darlin', you reaaaally need to stop changing those locks. It's
great fun and all but you're just wasting money! Those things
aren't easy to break yanno!"
The smaller groups of Songbirds that were set alight by Blaze
certainly met an untimely end, though it would have been a lie
if a small handful of Red-Inked Songbirds jumped into it
deliberately. Those marked in red never feel pain, from being
blessed by their Goddess, pain is felt as pleasure instead. So
to them, this was the best death they could wish for.

shriek, the corrosive liquid burned away at his fur and skin,
even a few feathers. His wings sparked to life with embers and
flames, attempting to burn away any of the liquid from them.
Darkenlight's attention focused on Discord now, his eyes glazed
over in fury. He was burning energy but at that moment he
didn't care. Someone was in-between him and dinner, who of
which had harmed him. He attempted to tackle Discord, shrieking
loudly in blind primitive rage.[/font]

Before Blaze could get in range of Discord, the sudden presence
of a familar songbird had made herself known to the group. Blaze
let out a low groan as he heard the voice as the wolf Maeri. She
always had a habit of showing up when Discord was around. He
didn't say much as the girl puppet his free hand to cause him to
wave at Discord. He looked at her and wanted to mutter something
before something else happens.
" You know you have a odd time of showing up when he's
around.....you're not a stalker by any chance? " the hunter
asked as he flipped the wolf from her perch on his shoulder and
twirled his sword a bit not making a move.

Lori got even more angered at Mardius forcing her to the ground
before jumping off her again, and after Mardius told her that
Mobotropolis was his new "Sanctuary", she painfully but steadily
stood again, a slight growl coming with every other breath now.
But Ty had cut the wires as planned, and now there were wires
tied to her wrists, ice on the edges from Ty cutting them off,
and she turned towards all the ninja wolves, and to the ones
near Ty, she started to 'throw' the wires towards the throat of
one of the ninja, while using the other for holding him in
place.
"I may be helpless to saving Mobotropolis, Mardius.... but I
will fight to my end!" she said in answer to what Mardius had
said to her previous, tugging harshly on the wire that held the
ninja's neck, and it was supposed to be strong enough to kill
the wolf when she did so.
