       Permanent removal of the shoutbox feature.

       Dearest users of Sonic Spotlight.
       I've mulled over the pros and cons of the shoutbox for sometime
       now and have finally come to a decisive decision regarding the
       matter. As great a tool as the shout box is for staying in touch
       & alerting other members to post updates it has also been the
       subject of much controversy. It is a known fact that 90% of
       members who have received bans from the website have all been
       connected to abusing the shout system in someway or another. It
       has also been in my knowledge for sometimes that some members
       even dread reading certain shouts because they do not desire the
       content of said shout and or find it offensive. This in turn
       causes stress and that is the last thing I want associated with
       Spotlight. This is meant to be a place you can come to, to have
       fun leave life behind and loose yourself on the planet Mobius
       for a few hours each day. I want every visit to Mobius you guys
       have to be a pleasant one.So I think the gap of communication
       this will create will be worth it.
       Now as a substitute private messages are still available as well
       as the community and questions section of the site. I strongly
       encourage you to discuss and debate in this sector of the site
       to continue our growing community. If these options are not
       convenient enough for you I'm aware we have a division on Skype.
       While Skype acts the same as the shoutbox and I have no
       authority there. All I can ask is if you choose to use that
       route please think before you type what you say may negatively
       effect another person. I must admit I'm a little sad to see it
       go but unfortunately it has done as much harm as it has good an
       even in some cases tacitly aided those currently residing on the
       ban list. Thats about it if you have any concerns questions or
