Ember turned her nose up at Lori while gracefully turning her
head and closing her eyes. She snapped her fingers and green
flash popped around Lori's head. As soon as the light dispelled
it was revealed now that Lori's face was now covered in
disgusting pulsing, pusy pimpils. She was now suffering from
severe acne due to Ember's abilities. She looked back then
pushing her out of the way. "Never get between me and my
snookywookams you lanky w,hore." She spat before grabbing
Sonic's arm. She nuzzles her head against his chest and smiled.
"Now where were we pooky pie?" She asked in an affectionate
tone.

Falling on the ground after being pushed out of the way, Lori
muttered in embarrassment, "...fine...I'll let you through,
Ember..." to the pink one, then she stood and stepped away from
the two girls and Sonic. But she didn't actually mind the acne;
it was just extremely annoying. The amber hedgehog's face, even
with the pimples, blushed profusely as if she had a fever, and
she said to Darkenlight in a defeated tone, "Might as well keep
the stupid gem. I, yet again, made another stupid mistake, and
now it's my own fault that I assumed that they were on our side.
And I don't want to side with them, Darkenlight. I didn't fully
trust them when I said that, and I don't still, so how I can do
so now?"
She then kept her face down, but her eyes stared at that gem
again, thinking to herself, No more trusting people unless you
are sure they trust you back... She also kept her mouth shut,
but angered slightly at the rude comment from Ember.

Ember snapped her fingers again causing the blemishs to vanish
from Lori's face. She pouted and shook her head. "You're no fun.
Maybe if i gave you a second head?" She pondered finger at her
lips.

Topaz held out her hand. "Enough give us the gem or I'll make
you all deaf." She threatened.

She was surprised at Ember's sudden removal of the pimples, but
she turned her head to Ember, and said in a snappy way -to her
disliking-, "How about you and your sister tell us everything Le
Gerant told you to find out about? Maybe you can do that?" Her
eyes stared harshly at Ember, anger slowly rising for the sake
of the fact that she'd been drawn in again, and that she wanted
answers. "And as for you-" she said to the purple Mobian, "-how
about you let us keep the gem until you and Ember tell us
everything, huh?"
I really hate saying stuff like this...but if this gets us any
answers, then so be it... she thought, her eyes still staring at
Ember and the purple Mobian in slight anger.

Ember heard her sister and shook her head. "Don't be so mean
Taz. How about we make it a game? It'll be fun that way. You
give us the gem and we start to fill you in. As you complete
more challanges you'll unlock more secrets the diamond holds. Or
you can keep it and continue running around in circles with no
leads. In am empty city who else can help you?"

He took a step backwards and was just about to tell the purple
performer she cant have the mystical stone once more however
Lori suggested to him that he should hand it over to him. He was
going to tell her that there was no way he is handing it over
since they went through the trouble of getting it but
Darkenlight appears to have already beaten him to the
punch..abit in a more aggressive kind of tone claiming she is
working for the Mist Locks which is not true at all.....or is
it?
He watches them debate back and forth until Ember decides to
give Lori a serious case of acne via her illusion abilities.
Much to his surpise the amber hedgehog actually submit and backs
off so things can settle down for the time being. It lasted for
a moment until Topaz threatens the group again to hand over the
gem making Lori furious and demanding answers.
It looks as though things are getting out of control and the
hybrid was just about to step in so he can calm them down but
thankfully Ember offered them a deal to compete in challenges so
they can get some more info about the Le Garent as long as they
hand over the mineral to them. This ultimately forces Ty to make
a descion..but its a risky one considering they can just take it
and run away.
He then goes to open up his pack to pull out the diamond once
more then walks over to Ember. "here...I dont know what you two
are planning to do once I give it to you..but I trust my
instincts" he hands the stone over to her.

"All right, then," Lori said, playing along for the time being
along with the hedgewolf. "We'll play this little game of yours,
Ember. But if you cheat-" she prompted, then nodding towards
Darkenlight and the hedgewolf, "-then we'll have to force those
answers out of you. Understood?" the amber hedgehog finished,
her snappy tone returning only in the last words, as she looked
at the purple Mobian and Ember.
Good...at least we got something out of them... Guess I'll have
to play along until we have the information we need, and after
we get back to Fluerette, of course. But where is Soul...? she
thought, walking up to where the hedgewolf was. "But what is it
that we have to do to get the information required?" she asked
in a more polite tone to Ember and her apparent sister, her eyes
now showing a hint of questioning as she spoke.
But then, after hearing the distrustful remark from Darkenlight,
she turned her gaze to him in a small retaliation for the
hedgewolf, her eyes staring in her own mistrust at him. And
perhaps you need to just play along with it, unless it was
another trick I didn't know? Lori thought, her eyes reflecting
her thoughts as she bit her lip, then turned her head back to
Ember and her sister.

nodding a bit as she was listening. "Alright," she said, "we
shall play your game, only if you hand the gem back to us if we
win any challenge you put us through." Lightanis glared at her
brother briefly before saying, "ignore my brother, he ist
distrustful." Her gaze feel back on the duo. "And if you
cheat, we win both the answers and the gem," she stated as she
agreed with Lori.[/font]
