Do you have problems connecting to the server? ::LOOK HERE::

If you are having one of the following problems and the solution
provided is not
helping, please reply with the exact issue in as much detail as
you can provide and
if possible, attach a screenshot of the error message you
receive upon connecting
to the server to your reply. BE SURE to include the issue #.
-I got added to the white list but it still will not let me
login- [Issue #1]
[spoiler]This can be caused if we spelled your ingame name wrong
or you gave us the
wrong spelling of it. This may also be a white list error on our
side. Please reply with the
issue # and your In game name EXACTLY how it looks in game. If
possible take a screen shot
of the server error message you get upon connecting and attach
it to your reply.[/spoiler]
-I get the server error message ending in: ReadTimoutError or
something similar- [Issue #2]
[spoiler]This is usually caused when someone trys to connect to
the server while it is offline or crashed.
Please check the announcements forum or the twitter
HTML http://twitter.com/sofuscraft
and see if the server is under
maintenance or is temporarily offline.[/spoiler]
-I get an error ending in: Bad login or User not premium- [Issue
#3]
[spoiler]Please make sure that you do not play in offline mode,
and that minecraft.net is not down[/spoiler]
This list will be updates periodically as we encounter more
problems.
If you are having other issues that are not on this list please
reply to this topic with the issue you are having, and if
possible
a screenshot of the error you are getting when attempting to
connect. This will generally help us greatly and we will be able
to help you out more easily if you provide us with this
information.

Hopefully that a SS? I'm on a touch so idk but this is what it
says I believe it's problem 1 so

to post a screen shot you have to use the 'insert image' button
right below the BOLD button.
or, click choose file under attach which is located below the
box you type in.
