       Though the members can conduct its business offline by email or
       phone, scheduled and pre-arranged meetings are essential and a
       necessary because politics is a personal business.
       - Community groups will meet once a week, which may include ED,
       HQ meeting
       - EDs will meet once in a Month, which may include a HQ meeting
       - HQ will meet once in a quarter
       - And of course there will be annual general meetings
