       Frequency of Meetings

       Though the members can conduct its business offline by email or
       phone, scheduled and pre-arranged meetings are essential and a
       necessary because politics is a personal business.

       ED, HQ meeting [/li]
       [li]EDs will meet once in a Month, which may include a HQ
       meeting [/li]
       [li]HQ will meet once in a quarter[/li]
       [li]And of course there will be annual general meetings[/li]
