       Need to Socialize during Meetings

       Political Meetings are so boring. Actually any meeting is
       boring, including classes, and training. Though there are
       several reasons that makes meetings boring, one of them is the
       imbalance in action, which renders inactive people to slip into
       a coma. Some organizers are aware of this, hence they conduct
       meetings more in an engaged way. The problem is not during the
       meeting, but the problem is after the meeting, where it leaves
       people tired, wasted or bored.
       Hence, it is imperative that some amount of socializing during
       or after the meeting is mandated. Not so much that it would
       distract or waste the time of the people.
       A person who leaves the meeting with some sort of pleasant
       experience, is likely to come back.
