I have changed the title and the front page background graphic
for two reasons:
1. My purpose, nearly a decade ago, of convincing most reality
based people everywhere that human civilization, in order to
stop and reverse (i.e getting back to 350 PPM of atmospheric
Carbon Dioxide is sine qua non) the multiple extinctions causing
biosphere degradation (i.e. the Sixth Mass Extinction Event now
upon us), must VERY rapidly transition away from Hydrocarbon
Energy Sources to Renewable Energy Sources, has been largely
achieved. I have been one small voice among many that have made
it clear that clean energy must be made available to everyone,
not just the wealthy, if we are to survive Catastrophic Climate
Change.
2. Celebrated social theorist and geographer David Harvey asked,
"Is there a way to capture what (to the detriment of human
civilization) is going on now"?
My answer: YES.
It's the SOCIAL DARWINISM, stupid!
No matter how much progress we make in cleaning up the
biosphere, as long as the egocentric, morally bankrupt, empathy
deficit disordered, Social Darwinist Ideology continues to be
embraced by TPTB, we do not have a snowball's chance in Hell of
surviving our Existential Crisis.
Social Darwinists believe that ethics based principles are
'limitations pretending to be virtues'. To them, ethics are
'feel good illusions' that humans invented to pretend our
species has empathy. To Social Darwinists, empathy is
irrefutable evidence of inexcusable weakness. To them, all who
are guided by ethics are deluded fools that should be eliminated
from the human 'apex predator' gene pool for the "good" of our
species.
The ideology of the Social Darwinist is indistinguishable from
the despicable ideology of NAZI Germany, clearly exemplified in
their brutally enforced morally bankrupt concentration camp law:
“Eat your own bread, and if you can, that of your neighbor.”
Social Darwinism is actually based, not on "survival of the
fittest", but on fear of tomorrow, a morally bankrupt excuse for
rejecting altruism and empathy and embracing a selfish greed
dominated hoarding modus vivendi.

Social Darwinism is the world view that spawned the profit over
people and planet neoliberal ideology. Neoliberal intellectuals
like Friedrich von Hayek, Ludwig von Mises and Milton Friedman
were all Social Darwinists long before they renamed
laissez-faire liberalism (that had been thoroughly discredited
by the Great Depression) with the catchy title of
"Neoliberalism".
The celebrated social theorist and geographer David Harvey
explains that neoliberal ideology serves the following
principle:
"There shall be no serious challenge to the absolute power of
money to rule absolutely. And that power is to be exercised with
one objective: Those possessed of money shall not only be
privileged to accumulate wealth endlessly at will, but they
shall have the right to inherit the earth, taking either direct
or indirect dominion, not only of the land and all the resources
and productive capacities that reside therein, but also assume
absolute command, directly or indirectly, over the labor and
creative capacities of all those others it needs. The rest of
humanity shall be deemed disposable."

Sober Thinking requires that we all recognize the fact that a
society that is founded on altruism, not the "invisible hand" of
greed, is not optional if we wish to avoid exctinction.
Capitalism's "invisible hand" modus operandi is rooted in the
ideology of Social Darwinism.

The Madisonians (also known as the Intuitionists,
Anti-Federalsts, Democratic Republicans or Jeffersonians),
against the will of the Hamiltonians, got the Bill of Rights
into the Constitution. The Hamiltonians were the ones who wanted
to kill off all the Native Americans ("Manifest Destiny"
murderous arrogance), take their land and "develop" it for the
"invisible hand" of 😈 Capitalism.
The Intuitionists vociferously disagreed. The Intuitionists had
great ideas but they weren't saints. They became the bulk of the
Democratic Republicans from the Southern States that ignored the
"inalienable human rights" they championed when it came to
African Americans. 😠
The Hamiltonians didn't like slavery simply because, being
utilitarian empathy deficit disordered bean counting Capitalists
to the core, they much preferred employing somebody for peanuts
and not having to house or feed them, while, OF COURSE, making
sure the Laws of the Land gave businesses no liability for
damages suffered by the workers or for pollution damage to the
environment (See: "Corporate Limited Liability" Hamiltonian
SCAM). So, the Hamiltonians made lots of noises about the
"evils" of slavery and pushed for "NO SLAVERY" conditions for
new states after all the "savages" had been cleared for
Capitalism.
As you can surmise, slavery was a point of contention between
the Federalists/Hamiltonians and Intuitionists/Democratic
Republicans 💵 business models

ethical treatment of African Americans!
The slavery issue was joined at the business model hip with the
Southern States. The Federalists sought to fight that by, in
addition to the frequent publishing of the "Slavery is Evil but
killing Native Americans is God's Work" duplicitous rhetoric,
weakening the power of Southern States with new "non-slavery"
States AND increasing Corporate Banking power through Legal
Tender Laws and Fractional Reserve Banking, all backed by the
power of the increasingly powerful Federal Government.
The Southern States were not amused.
So, the tension between the two "business models" blew up with
the Civil War. Slavery, only in the "business model" context,
not in the "abuse of humans" context, was the cause of the Civil
War, as evidenced by the fact that the Emancipation Proclamation
came AFTER the Civil War had started.
Lincoln, before the Civil War, was in no hurry to end slavery,
even though he was against it. The Emancipation Proclamation was
a successful tactic to get African Americans in the South to NOT
fight for the Confederate cause or help them in any way. It
worked to help defeat the Confederates. 👍
The "States' Rights" issue is a giant bag of rhetorical worms
(negative AND positive) that I won't go into, but keep in mind
that the Intuitionists championed States' Rights in the
Constitution (Powers not enumerated belong to the people), which
was a good thing. 👍 The fact that the Democratic
Republicans used that to defend slavery is a misapplication of a
great legal human rights principle. It should not keep us, in
the present, from using this tenet to fight ☠️
oligarchic, elitist Bankster power the Hamiltonians have ALWAYS
been all about. If they are not removed from power VERY, VERY
SOON, we are all dead.

new Office of Environmental Justice (OEJ) within the White House
Council on Environmental Quality. The EO directs federal

pollution upon Black, Indigenous, and other people of color.

about what drove him out, but there are several things that
likely contributed.
First is lawsuits: 🗽 the Fox Corporation’s recent $787.5
million settlement with Dominion Voting Systems; the looming
lawsuit against the Fox Corporation by another voting systems
company, Smartmatic; and another lawsuit from former Carlson
producer Abby Grossberg accusing Carlson and other executives of
creating “a work environment that subjugates women based on vile
sexist stereotypes.” That lawsuit will likely bring up the many
appallingly sexist things Carlson has said over the years,
including a discussion with a radio shock jock in which he
seemed to defend statutory

There is the potential for yet another lawsuit, this one from
Ray Epps, a Trump supporter who was at the January 6, 2021,
attack on the U.S. Capitol and around whom Carlson built a
conspiracy theory that led to death threats and forced him and
his wife into hiding. On Sunday, Epps told 60 Minutes that
Carlson was “going to any means possible to destroy my life.”
“He’s obsessed with me,” Epps said.

Today, Fulton County district attorney Fani Willis said that she
would announce charging decisions in the investigation of the
attempt to overturn the 2020 presidential election in Georgia
sometime during the fourth term of the state Superior Court,
which begins July 11 and ends September 1. Tipping her hand that
there will be at least some charges, she said she was announcing
the timeline to allow the Sheriff’s Office and local, state, and
federal law enforcement agencies to prepare. “Open-source
intelligence has indicated the announcement of decisions in this
case may provoke significant public reaction,” Willis wrote.
