ive been asked a few times now how to set keys to say hi,good
shot, etc so i thought i would post how i do it im sure there are
easier ways to do this but this is how i do it
first off open your console window tilde key or whatever yours
is set to i start a practice game so i can then check if it
       works then press enter

then this window should pop up then click on the + on advanced

THEN YOU SHOULD GET A DROP DOWN MENU

THEN CLICK RAW KEY BINDINGS + FOR DROP DOWN MENU
  HTML https://i.ibb.co/YbwQ09g/Screenshot-7.png
THEN LOOK FOR THE KEY NOT BEING USED OR YOU WANT TO SET A KEY TO
SAY WHAT YOU WANT THEN HIGHLIGHT IT AND TYPE THE WORD SAY
(SPACE)THEN TYPE WHAT YOU WANT AS YOU CAN SEE I HAVE N SET FOR
THANK YOU AND M FOR NICE SHOT CLOSE AND THEN TRY IN THE GAME

       Hi all ...
I would like to add something important.
You should always save a backup copy of the unrealtournament.ini
       and the user.ini.
So in the case of an error that you have unconsciously inserted,
you have these .ini to insert at hand.
Both .ini can be found in the system folder of UnrealTournament.

As far as the User.ini goes it has a backup, but you may wish to
update that with your own settings. When I used to host LAN
games it was constantly annoying having to reset my personal
control keys up... until I renamed the default file. That way
all I had to do was copy over the standard.
There's even button in the menus where you can click "switch to
defaults" and it overwrites the User.ini with what's in that
       file.
       File is DefUser.ini

       Class tip.
       I didn't know that yet.
Thank you very much for that. :)
