       Yet another work out video

       While Sam and I were doing an Sean T. Insanity workout video, we
       found that the only way to soldier on and make it the least bit
       bearable was to come up with terribly unreasonable explanations
       for each exercise. We thought this would make a splendid video,
       where Jack and Sam would be the leaders of the workout. We'd get
       a few other people so we make sure that one of you only does a
       noticeably tiny fraction of the workout while harranging of your
       poor fitness puppets.
