Apprentice Applications

Alright, with the way it's going to work there will only be two
of us, and we will have a strict way of operating. So, I'm
putting up an application format, and only one of you will be
accepted. It's entirely based on how much effort you put into
it, and if you're serious enough.

Knowledge of the Sith Lore: The Sith originated as a force
sensitive race on Korriban which are now known as "Sith
Pure-Bloods", but eventually they discovered many other races
that had sensitivity to the force, the Sith then decided to
start The Dark Council in order to bring acknowledgement to the
true Sith lords.
Knowledge of the Star Wars lore: (I'm not 100% on what this is
asking) The Republic and Separatists have been fighting for a
countless number of years, usually Jedi's supported the
Republic, and the Sith ruled over the, Separatists. But it was
known that one of them were bound to fall, most assumed the
republic would fall, and they did when the Emperor/Senator
Palpatine commanded all clones to kill the Jedi, most Jedi's
died, but Obi-Wan and Yoda survived, Yoda went to live in peace,
and Obi-Wan wandered Tatooine to wait for the day that he could
support the soon to come rebellion.
Character Name: Lethran
Character Age: 19
Species?: Rattataki
Character Backstory:[/left] Lethran was an unusually greedy
child of two normal Rattataki people. The age of 8 is when when
his parents decided that they would move to Tatooine, because
they were struggling on Rattatak so they had to move. At the age
of 13 his parents were murdered by a secretive street gang, he
spent the next eight years trying to kill them all.
First, he joined them to learn they ways and their weaknesses,
secretly murdering the other members who weren't well known, and
that was easy, but the well known members had protection and if
they were murdered people would try to find out who did it, so
he had to make it look like someone else did it, so one night he
decided to steal the newest members wallet, and he would kill
multiple members that were known, and drop the wallet in the
room that they died, and he also put the blaster that was used
to kill the known members in the newest members equipment locker
to frame him.
Lethran thought his plan was going along perfectly, until it
backfired, the gangs leader thought that the newest member
murdered all of the people that died, and instead of killing
him, the member was instantly rewarded for showing his power
over the others, the member was pretty confused at the time, but
he just shrugged it off and decided that it was good luck. This
really pissed Lethran off, so he tried to make the newly
rewarded member look like a coward and tried to get him punished
so he broke into the members house and looked around for any
kind of bad evidence, but there was nothing, so he decided to
kill the members parents and he had guards telling him while the
other gang members were nearby, the child bursted out into
tears, and he was executed in an assembly that contained all of
the gang members, and the leader said to all the members "We do
not allow cry-babies in our gang, the consequence is death."
After Lethran managed to kill most of the gang members, he had
to decide how he would deal the killing blow, his greed
naturally made him take the credits of his kills, and he killed
all but 30 members, and he would put their money in a bank, and
over the 8 years the interest managed to make a fair amount of
money, so he hired a small group of assassins which consisted of
a Human with a sniper, an Chiss with two blaster pistols, A
Twi'lek with dual vibroswords, and a cyborg with a blaster
rifle. All of the assassins were dead, Lethran said he wouldn't
pay them until after the job was done, so he had all of his
credits, the group, with only 7 members (Excluding Lethran that
is) left, to take another blow would mean that they would surely
die, the leader didn't suspect Lethran at all, even though he
wasn't at the scene when the assassins attacked, but the leader
was more worried about his own safety so he hired guards to
protect him, Lethran immediately knew that he could use that to
his advantage.
Since the leader was guarded he had to take out the other
members first, simple task, right? Wrong, they decided that they
would always stay near city guards, and that made it nearly
impossible to kill them without getting arrested, so he came up
with many plans to distract the guards, so he decided to bring
the Sand People into this.
The Sand People are hostile so he couldn't try to communicate
with them so he would leave signs of great treasure leading
towards the city, Mos Ila, it was pretty difficult get valuable
treasures, so he had to make fake artifacts, or do some
underground trading to get replicas, he tried trading first, he
got about 70% of the amount he would need to make a trail of
fake artifacts he just made the rest out of stolen materials
from shops he shoplifted when he was doing the trading, they
weren't good, but they had to do. His plan was going perfectly,
but everything has flaws, his flaw was that he had to hide in
order to kill the members and successfully making it look like
the Sand People did it, but there was almost nowhere to hide
except near an area infested with womp rats, but he had to do
it. He managed to pull it off perfectly.
All he had to do was get the leader now, the hired body guards
weren't exactly paid that well, so Lethran used the rest of his
credits to pay off the rest of their contracts and they looked
the other way for a couple days. The leader was an easy target,
but he didn't want to simply kill him, he wanted to make him
suffer, he started by shooting his fingers off, then his toes,
then he cut the leaders hands and feet off, and then finally
shot and killed him.
For the next year he tried to continue his life, he never
expected to be done as fast as he was, so he had no idea what to
do, he was planning becoming an assassin for hire.

Knowledge of the Sith Lore(Be detailed):The Sith are the force
sensitive jedi who focus and medidate more and heavily on the
dark side of the force. In the days of Revan and Malak they had
a sith academy set on Dantooine and found ancient artifacts of
ancient sith lords. When the republic and sith soldiers were
still human they waged war and the jedi were going extinct. The
jedi that followed the light side of the force meditated and
studied on a grasslands planet (Forgot name sorry.). Continuing
about a thousand years or so maybe less after the sith was
nearly put in extinction by the republic the remaining sith went
into hiding until the Galactic Federation came upon a droid
facility and took it over and made a full on droid army and
waged war against the republic. The republic still enlisted
human soldiers they were quickly taking casualties until the
republic came opon the planet of Kamino and found out that they
had a mass army of cloned troopers cloned from Jango Fett the
highly known bounty hunter's dna. There were so many clones the
republic did not have to enlist humans so they trained specific
clones to do specific jobs. This was the time of General Kenobi
and Anakin Skywalker, Kenobi's apprentice of the republic. When
the galactic federation waged war against the republic Generals
of the sith known as: Doukou, and Grievous lead the Galactic
federations forces now combining the sith with the Galactic
Federation now known fully as the "Sith".
Knowledge of the Star Wars lore(Be brief but detailed):The
entire galaxy is under threat of war and destruction. The
republic and Sith are travelling planet to planet trying to
obtain allies for the fight as the sith force the planets to
succeed to them, the republic helps the planets earning there
trust. The sith put up blockades on there planets that are
forced to there iron hand not allowing any traffic as the
republic allows all go in and out.
To sum it all up. The republic helps to earn trust and wages war
against the sith, as the sith strangle there planets to barely
nothing.

Character Backstory(Be DETAILED, four paragraphs):[/left]
Cimmerian was a young boy on the planet of Tatooine. He always
watched the swoop races when they came and watched his buddies
work on there swoop bikes. He always carried a small blaster
pistol that was only set to stun if he was to be grouped up on
by a gang. He wore a tan set of robes but always kept his face
hidden away as it has a large scar going down one of his eyes
and down his cheek and a large burn mark on the right side of
his face. The long scar over his eye was done when he got in a
fight with a drunken man that pulled a vibro dagger and slashed
down his face. The burn mark was from a gunfight that happened
in the middle of town that a blaster rifle shot skinned right on
his cheek and left a large burn scar. Thats when he was given
his blaster for defence against gangs and muggers. Cimmerian was
walking to his home to his loving mother but his attention was
brought about by a explosion and blaster fire. He quickly runs
home to find it burning and a group of raiders executing his
family one by one. Cimmerian quickly brought his pistol and set
it to fatal shot and quickly hid behind a dumpster hoping they
would not find him. A couple hours passed as Cimmerian peeks
around the dumpster to see his house burned to ashes and his
family all dead on the ground. He quickly runs over to his
mother closing her eyes and nodding doing the same to his father
and brother. He walks inside to try and find anything and as he
does a republic squad on patrol walks over to the house calling
in for back up and bring Cimmerian to sit down. The squad leader
says to him "What happened here boy?" Cimmerian speaks back
"Raiders....Killed my family...Took off." The leader pats him on
the shoulder "We will find a family member for you to live
with." Cimmerian says "Dont have any more family. I can look
after my self. Looks like you republic took your precious time
investigating a raid anyway. What use are you?" The captain
shakes his head as the bodies are gathered the boy left there on
his knees. Now its Cimmerians 19th birthday, he has no family or
friends. He survived on his own doing odd jobs here and there.
He got better at shooting his blaster somewhat and is on his
hunt for the bandits that killed his family. He made friends
with a odd fellow that owns a junk yard that he lets Cimmerian
practice his blaster at. Cimmerian also helps him work on
speeders and fetches parts when the man needs to work on a ship.
Cimmerian is looking towards the sith for help seeing as he now
hates the republic for not even trying to help as his family was
murdered and hopes the sith take over tatooine soon. To this day
Cimmerian sits on top of buildings hopping from one to another
doing jobs here and there to live and still hates the republic.

I'm going with my own instincts as well as the obvious
differences in effort.
Malak you DID put a lot of effort in it, but I only had to go
over it once and see the "My parents were killed" line to make
me nearly die of cliche shock. And overall it just wasn't a good
application.
Krazy, your application was good, detailed, and original. So I'm
going to accept you.

Knowledge of the Sith Lore(Be detailed):
The Sith originated as a race of force sensitive beings, who
utilized the dark side of the force. They were enslaved and
ruled by exiled Jedis. The Jedis had given into the dark force,
thus the 100 year-darkness occurred. After being defeated by the
Jedi they found the Sith, thus enslaving and ruling them. After
centuries of inbreeding and such, the Sith soon became known
more as the dedication to the ancient philosophy of the Sith
species, rather than the actual species.
Knowledge of the Star Wars lore(Be brief but detailed):
Star wars is based in another universe, in which the Republic
is at war with the droids. The Republic consists of the combined
efforts of the Kamino cloning operation, as well as the Jedi.
Against them, the Sith work with the droids, in an attempt to
tip the balance in the force in their favor. Clones and droids
battle en mass, and Sith and Jedi fight a much smaller scale
battle, but with more on the line.

Character Backstory(Be DETAILED, four paragraphs):[/left]
Bas' was a peculiar Massassi from the start, Bas' was, for
the most part, a little smarter than the rest his age. He grew
up learning the traits of a Massassi warrior, as all Massassi
would. Bas' was not extremely strong compared to other Massassi,
nor was he weak per say. His parents were quite old for a
Massassi, and payed little heed to him, he highly respected his
parents though. His father had been a warrior for the Massassi,
and his mother a priest for the Sith philosophy. He grew up with
the sith philosophy, his mother forcing it upon him at a young
age.
Bas' had lost his father during his teen years, he had died
of old age, which was not a rare occurrance at that time,
Massassi typically only lived to fifty. He did not mourn the
loss of his father, for he had not been emotionally close to his
father. As a teenager, he began classes, learning mostly about
war, and the philosophy of the Sith. Bas' did not particularly
like the other's of his age, they all acted like brutes, and
showed little intelligence or wisdom in their actions.
As he became of age, he began his service in the Massassi
military, which served their masters, the sith. He attended many
battles, fighting fiercely, as a Massassi was expected. Bas'
fought in the military for quite some time, serving under many
missions. The ship he had served on deserted the Jedi Sith,
returning to their homeworld, going into hiding. Bas' learned at
this time his mother had been dead for several years, once again
due to old age. Bas' had decided to pursue a different career,
and began his own merchant company, it was not a booming
company, but it allowed him to live.
Bas' yearned to fight once again, deciding once again to go
into the military. He found himself in Geonosis, in a war which
was both unforgiving, and extremely bloody. His service had been
cut short by an ambush of jedi, he had been lucky to live
through the ambush, but the rest of his kin had not. He spent
much time recovering from his wounds, and recollecting what had
happened. It had been night, and he and several other soldiers
had been patrolling the camp, when the initial noise of a
lightsaber rung out in the night. Many were cut down, few jedi
were killed in the short battle, it was a miracle Bas' had
lived. Bas' had been one of the few to speak "Common tounge"
more known as the language of the humans, and had picked up on
something a Jedi had said, he was far more force sensitive than
a typical Massassi. Once he had returned to his home world,
Geonosis having ended, he began his search for a Sith Jedi. It
was only till several years later did he finally find one.
The meeting between the two was brief, the Sith Jedi only
confirmed he, indeed was more force sensitive than the average
Massassi. He had been assigned a master, to go under trial in
tatooine.
