       Alliance Group Levels

       What i mean about Group Levels?
       example:
       [o]One Group is so strong for another ally group is Level 3 ,
       another ally group is Level 2.
       [o]The owner of Alliance is Level 4 for the start.
       [o]Max levels is 8.
       NOTE: Many times the system promote the Good groups
       automatically (example, one good group is going good every day
       to the turfs? Getting promoted.) Many times the owner of
       alliance give you promote, But you can and apply for your
       promote.

       this topic is so usseles, why? because whats the matter if the
       group is L4 and the others is l2/3/1? they must have L4 as
       owners of the alliance? no noone will like this.  everyone group
       with level or with no level can be owner of chat.
       also what the matter of this?

       Why staffs must care if the alliance going better or no? this is
       groups problems not staffs.

       why alliance group must get promoted from staff? i quees is
       group(s) problem not from staffs.

       again why staffs must care about how many groups got the
