       going inactive anytime soon.
       - No forum warning level.
       - Your forum and ingame accounts must be at least one year old.
       - Stable enough internet that you can host an event warp of 100
       and not time out (post a speedtest if you want, not mandatory)
       - Please state your account name, MTA serial, and time zone
       somewhere in your application.
       - You must speak proper English. Please.
       - Ability to memorize a lot of commands. Event management will
       be EXTREMELY DIFFICULT if you can't remember command names.
       - You cannot edit your application. Instant denial.
       - You're not a member of the staff team. (L2+ get automatic EM
       access anyway)
