       Russian Roulette II

       Here's how this level works:
       The game Russian Roulette is putting a bullet in a gun. You put
       it in one whole out of a bunch of other empty ones and spin it
       around and aim the gun at your face. Either you get the bullet
       or you don't. If you do, well you get seriously hurt!
       In this spam level, i made it similar to that. Instead of
       bullets, i hid lava tiling. There are 6 levels, you start off
       with 1 "bullet" then as you proceed, one more gets added. There
       are 7 spots, jump in one. if you don't die, then that means you
       need to take the Goomba and kill it with the Thwomp to proceed
       onto the next level. This is added to prevent skipping levels
       and to make it more challenging.
