       Charter Members Present: Julie Folk, Bill Folk, David Givens,
       Jack Rudder, Alan McFadden, Boe Paulson, Darin Barnes, Tiffany
       Barnes, Earl Wilson, Dave Pote, Tricia Floriani and Kelly
       Slater.
       It was the consensus of the charter members to at this stage to
       keep the board simplified while forming the Association and the
       following were elected to the board of directors.
       President                        Earl Wilson
       Vice-President                Dave Pote
       Secretary/Treasurer       Kelly Slater
       The Next Meeting will be    March 10, 2013 at Del Monte Gun Club
       provided they agree. 2nd alternative is SLV Pizza Company at
       14:00.
       Thanks to David Givens for hosting the meeting at his house and
       the donations to start the club from the charter members. This
       is a generous show of support and we are on are way. Thanks to
       all.
