       Hello. I am Bill Folk and live in the Crestone area. My company
       is Challenger Firearms Training Academy, LLC. I am an NRA
       certified instructor in pistol, rifle, shotgun, and personal
       protection in the home, and I am an NRA Recruiter. I am also
       currently president of the Kit Carson Rod and Gun Club
       (www.kitcarsonrodandgunclub.org) and am happy to represent our
       club with the SLVUSA. I help with the Friends of NRA,  I am
       building an interest in Ham radio, and I look forward to meeting
