High Country Firearms Training, LLC now offers NRA First Steps
pistol training at the Colorado State Patrol Building in Alamosa
(located just west of Town & Country Auto Mall, across from Rock
Creek Medical)
Learn basic firearm safety, marksmanship skills and more
Cost is $60 for each student -- cash or check (no credit cards
at this time)
Classes are on Saturday. Start at 9:00AM and end around 4:00PM
with a lunch break before noon. Coffee, drinks and snacks are
provided. Lunch on your own.
Classroom activities (you will do more than sit in a chair) at
the CSP Building and live fire training at Rio Grande Sportsman
Club outdoor rifle and pistol range (Between Monte Vista and Del
Norte)
Bring your own handgun, holster, belt, ammunition, hearing and
eye protection.
Basic pistol and rifle training for those new to shooting
sports. NRA Certified Instructor. Classroom portion in the
morning at Colorado State Patrol Building in Alamosa and firing
range activity in the afternoon. Call or E-mail for details.
