       Its tool that allows you to edit ingame little/big things that
       make FOX magic
       What kind of file and where is it?
       Fox Engine is layered/plugin engine.
       Editor edits fpkd archive.
       Its located in stadium file [Steam\steamapps\common\eFootball
       PES 2021\Data\dt30_g4.cpk]
       File from preview is
       Asset\model\bg\st082\light\#Win\light_st082_af.fpkd  [ st082_af
       means AllFine weather for stadium id 82 ]
       Tool uses 2 songs
       If you dont want music while you edit just delete song.txt
       [song1 = Drop song2 = Pricaju da kidamo]
       Well its 1st version so expect issues..
