       Frode:
-- Is in the cafe within the Market Square, a lovely little
eatery with various food, drink, and baked goodies--
I'm sitting in the café, keeping an eye out for a certain gem
merchant. There were some papers I had for her to sign before we
made our way back home and I believe I had some pretty baubles
to pick up, presuming my Mate had not already tended to that
without my knowing. She was very efficient that way. Still,
there are worse ways to spend a day than hanging around the
café, enjoying the dark tea and bosk meat patsies. I'd prefer
blackwine and could afford it, but drinking blackwine of late
seems to call attention to how much wealth you have and that's
       attention I could do without.
       Jena:
FINALLY there He was watching as He approached glancing towards
Him with those illustrious violet orbs. They rose, but never
enough to where they touched His eyes I never allowed Myself
that just in case. Motioning towards Him..."Frode I have been
waiting for You for a few days now...I finished Your Lady's
piece...I would like to show it to You..." smiles feeling a bit
       happy about it....
       Frode:
I nod and motion to the chair at your table. "And I would like
to see it. May I join you?" The invitation was implied, but I
find it best to be specifically formal and formally specific
with Free Women of a certain class.
       Jena:
hearing Him shaking My head..."Oh please Frode I don't think I
could deny a Man a seat next to Me....especially one that I have
conducted business with..." smiling...it wasn't necessary to be
too formal a Woman was Free because a Man allowed it in all
honestly I always just tried to keep my nose so clean that a
collar wouldn't be able to stick....those violet orbs gazed
towards His beard but not again directly into His eyes...pulling
out a small box and sliding it over as you open it the small
dainty earrings adorned the inside of it....
       Frode:
I chuckle as I take a seat and look at the box. "I dare say
that's precisely what she had in mind. And as I recall you said
this was simple enough you'd have little trouble making more?" I
wasn't quite sure just what my Mate had in mind for these golden
note earrings but I suspected there would soon be a change in
uniform for the slaves of our home.
       Jena:
hearing Him nodding..."Oh of course I can make those and I could
maybe make a ring for Your Mate and necklaces and hair pins and
maybe even a brooch....the sky is the limit..." quickly shuts up
thinking She may show up and bankrupt You laughing as I was
getting a bit excited...."yes, these took me very little
time....I am waiting to get My shop up and running maybe here
and perhaps I will have a bigger area to make more..." smiles
       Frode:
It will take quite a bit more than that to bankrupt us and
frankly between the two of us, I am the one more inclined toward
extravagant expenses, being a habitual blackwine drinker until
recently and throwing down two golden tarsks for a dancing
slave. Partly for the sake of the gesture, partly because her
dancing was that good but mostly to make a fat slaver spray the
wine he was drinking over three rows of ritzy customers. in
disbelief at my paying that much for a blonde barbarian. I
considered the money well spent, however, for such sport was
rare indeed, even with my habit of seeking out pompous sorts to
       tease.
"I am sure Malora will find much to keep you employed. Speaking
of which, I did have the papers here regarding our trade
agreement. I kept it simple. Just sign the bottom of this one
scroll and I have your agreed upon payment for the first few
       commissions here."
       Jena:
the magnificent finger bracelets that adorned hands sparkled in
the moonlight. What many didn't know is that around neck hung a
heart of more than a karat of the most expensive stone in all of
Gor. It was held within a steel setting and the chain was a
thick gold. Coin was never an issue as I had coin set in many
banks. Body was complete perfection but covered with layers and
layers of robes as was necessary to keep Me where I needed to
be. Readjusting the veil that kept those pout lips covered a
       muffled voice perked up.
"Well I am quite happy about that I have made many things in My
day...I engrave and etch as well....so pretty sirik's and such I
have made in gold as well...."
Seeing the contract pulling out My quill flicking it over veiled
chin glancing over it as I had read many of them before not
seeing anything out of the ordinary I allowed My hand to scroll
       across.....𝓙𝓮𝓷𝓪

       Frode:
: I smile with satisfaction as you sign it and I hand over the
request receipt of receipt along with a small coin purse holding
the agreed upon amount. Arians do love their paperwork, but I've
gotten fairly good at obfuscating things in the fine print. And
there is a clause in the papers that might prove interesting
should this arrangement go south for one reason or another.
Hopefully it won't come to that. Hopefully. But I am assured by
the scribe I had proofread the document after my eris drafted it
and Malora looked it over that it is nice and legal and would
stand up in most courts of Merchant Law, presuming it ever got
that far. It would certainly pacify most guards.
"I think that concludes our business then, for now. My apologies
for the delay, but I, for my part, think this was worth the
       wait."
       Jena:
Sees the smile upon Your face, but it wasn't a sweet kind smile
it was more of one that I couldn't put My finger on. It made me
question what I just signed but took the receipt anyway. Taking
the requested amount within purse seeing My Guard approaching
noticing He was stumbling slightly....violet orbs rolling a
little annoyed wondering what I paid Him for....rolling up the
receipt and placing it in My satchel.
"No apologies needed Frode it was a pleasure to do business with
       You for sure...."
