       Pulled Pork

       What to do with leftover pulled pork?
       I made an 8-pound pork shoulder and have a lot of leftovers. So
       what to do with it? Easy, cook it on the skottle with some other
       things. First up was pulled pork sandwiches and some asparagus.
       First I cooked some back for the grease.

       Then added the pulled pork. Let it cook for a bit until it was
       nice a browned. Put the asparagus on with it for about 2
       minutes.

       Perfect pork with some healthy veggies.
